Under new Management! This center has a new director that has changed the entire center! The center is being cleaned everyday which as a parent is so amazing especially with flu season. The children are well taken care of and loved by all teachers. I feel confident bringing children here.

I have my child at ABC and she has a great time there. The teachers are so caring and teaching her lots of new things. I would highly recommend them to any parents who are looking for reliable amazing care for their children.

I was so nervous when considering a daycare for my ten month old baby. Leaving him alone, even just for a few hours, seemed like a daunting prospect. Once I met with the team at ABC Redwood, all my anxieties were quelled. They have been nothing but caring and attentive! My son especially loves Miss Amy, and asks for her on days when she's not there. The love radiating from Miss Amy makes my heart so happy because I know my baby is beyond cared for there. I'm so glad we found ABC Redwood for our boy - we won't go anywhere else!

Our little guy Oliver loves his daycare time at ABC’s. Specially miss Amy. ABC does such a good job on communicating with us on everything from sending updates and pictures. Everyone there is so friendly. We wouldn’t pick any other place to take our little dude.

Clean and safe daycare. I really like that the front door is locked and that the parents have their own codes to get in. My son loves his teachers and friends here. The Director is always so nice and helpful.

This place is amazing. All of the teachers and staff are so thoughtful and caring. My daughter had a hard time when she first started and they went above and beyond trying to make her comfortable all while keeping me updated on any progress she was making. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I’m so glad we found ABC! My 2 year old has been going there for 5 months. The staff all love my kid and we’re eternally grateful that they have learned how to use my son’s feeding pump and g-tube. I can’t see us going anywhere else.

My kids have gone here since they were six months old (now 4 and 2), and as a single mom especially, I am so grateful for this place! The directors have always been fantastic. I have never once worried about the care of my children at this facility.I feel it’s important to remember: this is a business run by humans. It’s not perfect every day. My kids have come home with scrapes from playing and interacting with other kids. My daughter only had bad diaper rash once when she was graduating to a room with older kids. I politely brought it up to the director, and it hasn’t been an issue since. These are issues that will happen at every daycare, but ABCGB Redwood has great teachers and admin to make sure the kids are as happy and safe as possible. I’m so glad that my children are happy walking into daycare, and I don’t need to drag them from the car!I am so grateful to many of the employees here. I wouldn’t be able to be the mom I am without them.

I was at a local park when a group from this company came to the park and I was appalled at how the counselors would treat the children. Even the children I nanny were concerned about how off putting the interactions between the counselors and the children were. We had to get up and move away it was so bad. Since this was a field trip I'm not sure how they are with the kids at the facility but overall so sad to watch how rude the counselors were to them. Totally get child-work is a difficult job but there is no reason to treat people like that.

I worked here for roughly three months. I have an outright fear of daycare facilities now. Maybe unreasonable, but definitely warranted after my experience here. They refuse to fully staff rooms that call for more staffing, such as with smaller children. They have the legal right to deny putting enough teachers in each classroom based off of "ratios". It is impossible for hard working, loving, caring, people who want to be there, who love the kids, to stay employed for very long because the demands are just too much. It's heartbreaking to find a job you want, only to realize you can't stay in this field because of the ridiculous way in which it is run. A lot of the staff are minors themselves, barely trained, and thrown into sensitive rooms (baby, toddler) because staff turnover is wild. A lot of the older staff isn't kind nor helpful. The main teacher in babies is a nightmare to work with in every sense of the word. The food served is not something any kid wants to eat. It's often a strange mixture of whatever was cheapest to purchase, I suppose. Ham cubes, peas, and potatoes. Mixed together. Not even appealing to an adult. Since working here I tell everyone, do not put your children in daycare unless you absolutely have no other choice. I'm an advocate against daycare. But hopefully it's just this location. Those babies deserve way better.

Amazing staff and facility. Extremely helpful and caring staff, your children will be looking forward to go back to. Pricing is generous and will work with you on scheduling transactions. My kids have been there for three years and I recommend them over any Daycare in the state of Utah.

This is the 3rd time my stepson has been targeted in an attack within a month. It's been made clear through staff that our child doesn't initiate. There are two classes for 3 year olds yet they have not been separated and kept in the same class. They say he's autistic though we'd argue that- regardless, it's used as if it's an excuse for it to be okay. It is not.In our most recent incident we picked him up, he was in the corner screaming, with 3 little toddler girls surrounding him as if they were protecting him all saying "kids name, hit him that's why he's crying!" While the teacher was holding him as he was kicking and swinging. When asked what happened she didn't have anything to say and shrugged. This is unacceptable, especially as this is the third incident.Advertised on their website "Child safety and well-being is our primary concern. We care for your children just as we would care for our own."R381-60-12 Child Guidance and Interaction1. The provider shall ensure that no child is subjected to physical, emotional, or sexual abuse while in care.R381-60-14 Emergency Preparedness, Response and Recovery.10a. The provider shall report on the day of occurrence of each incident, accident, or injury involving their child. We did not get a report on the day of occurrence. Hell we didn't even get an explanation when it just happened. Also it's a day later and we're still waiting.11a. If a child is injured and the injury serious but not life-threatening, the provider shall contact the child's parent immediately. On previous incidents, we were not informed when he was bleeding. Just passively told about it when picking him up.Incident reports are lousy here. So is your child's safety. If I cared for your child as my own, I'd let him continuously be around a kid attacking him too. We are working to get him out STAT.
