Too much delay in customer service and very few solutions to the problems that arise

I don't appreciate being hung up on and then, no one answers the phone after 12x calling your Office from 5pm to 6:20pm today, while it shows that, your Office closes at 7pm today. Irritated.

The customer service is very good, I have been with them for more than 10 years. The problem is that the companies they have are very bad, they don't give you good coverage.
