Do not EVER use this company. They make up random amounts to charge you and are extremely incompetent. They don’t let you speak to supervisors and don’t send itemized receipts. They make up random amounts and charge your cards for thousands of dollars.

I would give negative stars if I could but Google will not let me! ADT is the worst! Do yourself a huge favor! Do not do business with them. If you are locked in one of there contracts then document everything while trying to get out!

ADT is seriously the worse! They took multiple payments off my card that were not authorized and then refused to give me a refund and just wanted it to stay on my account to pay for future services... Vivant is the way to go for security system!
