I would give negative stars if I could but Google will not let me! ADT is the worst! Do yourself a huge favor! Do not do business with them. If you are locked in one of there contracts then document everything while trying to get out!

ADT is seriously the worse! They took multiple payments off my card that were not authorized and then refused to give me a refund and just wanted it to stay on my account to pay for future services... Vivant is the way to go for security system!

If I could give them a negative five stars I would then again the individual that scammed my mom didn't even look like an employee there was no badge or nothing to confirm that he works for ADT I highly suggest staying away from ADT just go with a Ring or Cloud doorbell system
