I bought a new car battery from O’Reilly and when I went home to install it, a part was missing from it. I called O’Reilly and they were extremely unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. So, I called Advanced Auto Parts and they told me to come in, Bryan looked at the problem and immediately grabbed the part to fix it for me. I will only be going here for my car needs from now on, Bryan is the best!!

Had the part I needed when auto zone and O'Reilly didn't. They held the part for me. Weren't too busy. Pleasant experience. Plus the part was better priced here. I picked up a fuel filter for an old Jeep. Good customer service. Good atmosphere.

Had a terrible time getting help at the AutoZone on 3200w. Drove down the street to this Advanced Auto parts location and they had everything I needed and were very helpful. The guy behind the counter was friendly, but knew what he was doing. This will be my new place to go when I can't order parts online.

Understaffed. The only person there was unable to assist with my battery replacement because they were unable to leave the store.Pay better, get more people and more reliable people. Do better Advance.

Went in to get a code read for my truck and was told by James that because he was the only one working that he couldn’t/wasn’t allowed to leave the building. Even though my truck was right by the front door and there was no one in the store, he completely refused and just acted like he didn’t care. It was not amusing in the slightest, just bad customer service.If a customer comes in and needs a service, then it’s your job to take care of that. Had it been an easy fix, I probably would’ve just bought what I needed there and been done, but I won’t be coming back ever. I’ll take my business to your competitor. Horrible.

I’m here from Colorado and had my oxygen sensor was broken. The woman working on 6/24 around noon really helped me out!! They was holding the whole fort by herself and there was a big line of people waiting. She was super sweet and helpful to me and I am really great ful for her

Had a generic part in place of the genuine but check out was just one person took way too long to get in and out next time I'll go a little further down the street where they have more help and self check out.
