Absolutely amazing customer service. Albert was a massive help when I showed up with a completely shot battery and needed a replacement. Some of the best customer service I've had anywhere. 10/10, would almost have my battery die on me again
I'll definitely be getting the next battery here, too

The guy that answered the phone said the part I needed was at the warehouse but when I got to the warehouse they didn’t have the part.

Horrible wait times. Called twice to get them to answer the phone. First time the phone rang through with no one to answer. No on hold for 6 minutes. I am going to call someone else who cares enough to have a person help.

Albert in west valley was a great help trying to find a thermostat for me. He tried every possible way to help me even calling other stores and ordering parts in just to see if it was the right one or not. He took the time to called me and let me know that none of the parts would work. Nampa, ORieleys, Auto Zone and the Chevy dealership didn't do much to help me at all. Thank you Albert.

Charles was there to help today. I’m 1300 miles from home and the cold weather killed one of the batteries on my diesel truck. I had to install the batteries because he was the only one there and couldn’t leave the store but he came out every five minutes to make sure I had everything I needed and loaned me all the tools to do the job. Great customer service and I highly recommend this place

They carry Diehard batteries, a brand owned by Sears which is a superior battery.

Sign says they are open until 9 pm and yet they were closed when I got there at 7 pm

Josua was at this location helping out believe he is from Roy. Had a power steering pump core to return but lost receipts,and he spent the time to find it took about 20 minutes and I was sure impressed with his customer service,,keep up the good work
