I won't go back. Went in needing a new window motor put in on the passenger side after having another company put it in. They blamed the previous person who had repaired it and charged us for another motor.

I spent $7,500 to get a transmission rebuild and to get my car to stop over heating. I only chose this place because It was close to where i am staying and it had decent reviews. For one, i was told my car would be done within 3-4 weeks and it ended up taking about two months. Two months of walking to where i needed to be. They also charged me about $400 just in diagnostic fees and many other things they couldn't explain. Once i got my car back It was running horribly. I at least expected it to be running how it was prior to the transmission going out but i got it back worse. At some point they were messing with my exhaust system and did not put it back on correctly either. It is missing a bolt or something and is clanking together and making horrible noises every time i drive my car. When the car shifts it feels like someone is hitting you from the back. It did not do that before. When i took the car back in they "fixed the noises" and then proceeded to give me a quote to fix a problem i didn't have before i brought it here, which i was not going to go through with after the experience i had here. When i got it back it was still making the same clanking noises and driving badly. Also the customer service here was also very bad. A smile doesn't hurt once in a while. As someone who is making $12 an hour and gave this place 4 months worth of my hard earned money, This hurt and I definitely wont be returning here and will not ever recommend it to anyone. I tried my best to be patient but driving my car is now extremely unenjoyable and uncomfortable, i've had this car since i was 13 and It's heartbreaking to say that.

I want to give a big THANK YOU to all at Advance Service Auto. They did a great job on my car and a extra thanks to Garrett for the help and patience in getting this done. We had another shop damage one of our cars engine and it took a while to get their claims to approve the repairs. Once it was approved, they got it done quick and efficiently. I will recommend these guys from now on, I retired from this industry after 40 years and it is hard to find quality and trustworthy people to work on your vehicles. Thanks again.

I scheduled a time to bring my car in. Then it was a week before they even looked at it. Then they told me it need a lot that I had just replaced. They also charged me for towing even though AAA brought it in.

Took ****** Forester to them multiple times because it was overheating. They kept saying they could not find anything. I took it up March 3. Went to store straight from their shop and it was leaking coolant everywhere. Took it back and the called and said Gasket Head was cracked and because I had driven it with a crack the radiator had problems it would be **** to fix I said ok but Yesterday they called and said the lower part of the engine would need to be replaced and the told was now ****. The car is **** so it value is less than that. I said not to bother and picked it up today. I barely got home. I live about a mile from the shop. Tuned the car off and now it will not start. Nothing works.

There are very few places that work on BMWs. These guys are simply the best! I've had my BMW in to them three times. Each was an unexpected repair and they were really accommodating. They don't over charge and are honest guys. I am so happy I found them!
