I had an issue since my mail box was broken in. I live in West Jordan but I bank wherever due to my job. Anyway, first thing is "It looks like your address is wrong" Thanks Post Office. It's not wrong. Anyway the woman at this branch finally fixed it in their system. I am pretty sure she was a branch manager (West Valley on 3500 S). But thank you for taking 5 minutes to fix the issue on my account. This is why I bank at AFCU.

The worst banks never calls backs when I went on holds.. never helps and keeps sending me to other people.. lost money because they have SOoooo much fraud activities and they refuse to give it back. One of the worst banks in UTAH

I came in Friday 4th. Around 5:40 to 6 pm through the drive through. And deposited 300+ dollars.But I opened my app after you closed, and the money is not in my account. I’m very upset I can’t talk to anyone about it since the location is closed.*edit: They gave me my money back. Thank you!! :)

Trinity helped me and my mother through the process of creating a new account and so on. Even though we took up a lot of time with her, she was very helpful and willing to clearly explain every step of the way! Thank you so much for your amazing service!

After watching interactions with multiple guests including my own experiance id have to say Pam, a woman that was not even assisting me stuck out, with more than exceptinal service to the couple she was with. I saw her collegues rudely speaking to guests the whole time i was there. Shoutout to Pam thank you for all you do

Today, my wife and I went to the drive thru, and the lady working was very rude. She was talking to us with attitude. This was our first time trying to get a copy of our lease agreement for the DMV, so we didn’t know how to ask for one. The lady had made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. She also mentioned that she was helping other customers. Regardless, no customer should go into a place of business and feel like they are being an inconvenience to the workers. Customer service should be courteous at all times. I am reluctant to visit this location again because of today. I hope there aren’t more workers like her who makes their customers feel unwelcome and inconvenienced.

Terrible place, you have to wait too long for someone to help you. I was there today, it took me more than 35 minutes waiting for no one to help me.

So I wanna understand why this bank loves taking you’re money my account was never overdrawn I had a 3 dollars in there and then next thing you know I get paid 1,000+ and they take away 25 dollars for an overdrawn fee that my account was never over drawn ! Useless bank and disappointing please take your money to other bank

I've been a member since 1984. This is a credit UNION! It's is supposed to be ALL about it's members. We'll, customer service is gone there too! They've gotten rid of the receptionist. So I had to wait in line twice. Then I was sent to take care of my problem on my own...

This location lines to see the teller are super long at anytime of the day. Worst customer service ever. I understand they're probably short staff but damn one person? A good day, if they have two tellers.

I have been with this bank since i moved here in Utah back in 2017, and i have been trying to fix my credit and i tried to apply for a loan and didn't get approved. They said they were going to call me back and let me know about the result and waited for a week and they never did. Now im going to close all my accounts and take it to another bank maybe that bank might be able to offer me a loan.

Showed up to sign some papers for a home equity line. Waiting for 10 min and then asked who was sitting in the Branch managers office if someone could help us. His reply was they had 2 people call out and he doesn't even work at this location.
