Great customer service. Changed over service to a different phone and it went smoothly. Please don't try to sell internet and Direct TV when customers come in. If I was interested, I would discuss it with the employee. It is most likely a requirement of their job, yet annoying to some customers.

Slowest service they dont tell u there will be a activation. Fee for every device you get they force upon you the purchase of the devices will not recomend them to anyone we are working on changing the provider ASAP I was working with someone called Abimael

This store will force upon you to buy devices and tells you the fees will be much lower yet the bill is super high over 300 and then monthly your bills will be over 200 + for 3 devices

Daisy the store att lady was so helpful and had so much knowledge she made me understand my bill more and helped me understand my plan even more I will alway for now on go back to this att store for any future w and questions

Diana answered the phone. Quality control definitely needs to listen to her unpleasant demeanor and unprofessionalism. Asked one question and she immediately gave attitude and was rude and unhelpful . As a new customer with AT&T very disappointed

AT&T has the worst cell service ever. How many towers do you own? Why don’t ANY of them ever work? How much do you charge for you service? I’m getting 3G capabilities at best on my iPhone. Slow slow slow slow connections. Worthless product. Worthless employees. Worthless service.
