This gripe isn’t about the store but still needs attention. The service in the Lindon area is horrific at best. Early mornings or at night when cell traffic is low the service is almost bearable. AT&T needs to address this issue, as it stands, I don’t know how much longer I will be a customer.

Carlos was very straightforward and friendly during the entire interaction, he promptly answered all of our questions and got our phones ordered even helped us find a discount that we were eligible for through my husband's work. I used to work at AT&T back in the day and I'm impressed. Thank you Carlos for your 10/10 customer service ☺️

Very very dissatisfied with the store. Customer service is terrible. Allie was great, but Juan who she had to go to for help never even looked up at me never acknowledge me or nothing. I was there for over an hour while they tried to sign me up for Internet, and they couldn’t even figure out how to do that. It was so frustrating I would never go there again or even recommend this place to anybody. Terrible terrible service.

I had a great experience, things might seem price comper to their completion, they in fact it’s the same price. They are honest with everything and don’t pull out ransoms discount that doesn’t even exits.

If I could give no stars, I would. I switched to ATT Nov 2022, Black Friday. I have had a headache on my hands ever since. I spent almost 3 hours with a "manager", who was transferred to another location. As we sat, I explained over and over and over of how I wanted to not pay more than $50 for my service plan. He explained the difference of a prepaid service, which is what I was talking about and a premium plan. I explained I didn't want to purchase a new phone as well. However, he said the IPhone SE was $50. I have never heard of an iphone under $1k. I asked over and over as he assured me it was $50. After he calculated everything phone, insurance, service plan, I said ok because the total he showed me on this tablet was $61. I have yet to pay that amount. My first bill was almost $100. I took it in to them and I was told, it would be adjusted and it would be credited to my account. Here we are July of 2023, and the bill is as high as it was then. Each time I have gone into the store, I was assured the corrections would reflect on my bill. NOT!!! The workers are nothing but liars!!! They work for the company to steer and deceive the community. They lock you in their system of foolery and hold you hostage. Sounds familiar? Yes, spiritual warfare. Do your due diligence and get ALL the facts. When they show you something, take a photo of it for future reference. DO NOT CHOOSE ATT!!!

AT&T is the worst company I've ever had to deal with! Please stay away if you value your sanity. They will continue to charge you after service has been canceled. Every customer service representative and supervisor will give you different information talk over you and refuse to help in any way. I would not recommend AT&T to my worst enemy.
