The Valley Fair Mall AT-T employees immediately stood up and acknowledged us when we walked into the store. Edwin was super helpful and friendly but not pushy. He helped us to get onto a newer plan with three new phones that was less expensive than our old plan. He is really knowledgeable and was very helpful with us and with another employee who seemed to be new.

This store is AMAZING! Edwin took care of me on multiple occasions and helped me work through some major issues with my account during an upgrade. I can’t say enough how amazing he is! Very knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth as other reviews have mentioned. After every visit where he helped me out, he said I’d get a survey via text in a day or two. I appreciate his help and told him I’d give him 5 stars. Every time I went back, I told him I hadn’t received a survey. After the 5th, 6th, 7th time I required his help (I lost track after so many visits) I told him I was going to leave a review since I wasn’t getting surveys and greatly appreciated his help. So here it is, Edwin!
I prefer this store and will go out of my way to visit this particular location whenever I need help with anything. Thanks again, Edwin!

The loading wasn't fast and the phones were hot where not in sale like it said on the screen in the building where the iPhone 14 was 1.99 a month and the 15 pluses where 5.99 with no required trade in but we did trade in and it was a hassle but the guy we had was trying his best so props to him his name is Ian and he's at the valley fair mall AT&T I appreciate his service.But the promotions not being their but still being shown in store at the time was really irritating. But overall it was an ok but bad experience.

Not one physical keyboard phone available to customers. Finally after 10 years I updated my Blackberry phone. I was holding out for another keyboard phone. But phone companies are controlled by big companies like Apple and Galaxy here in the United States. Why do Europe offer several phones with physical keyboards. Some may be smaller European companies but at least customers have another option which we don't have in the states. The option to buy a physical keyboard phone.
