Zero stars. DO NOT take your fur baby to this vet. I took my precious baby here for a simple procedure to remove nodules in her breast and to spay her. She ended up bleeding to death on the operating table. The Dr did not call me for 5 hours to come pick her up so I wasn't even given the chance to take her anywhere else for life saving care. She suffered while he did nothing. I filed a complaint with the state to please remove him from Banfield. I had to carry her out of the front of the store in a box. The nicest thing they offered me was to waive the office visit. Please please please go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

I have been playing phone tag with Banfield since July. No one seems to care that I am still being charged for services I can't receive due to staffing issues. I asked to delay payment and they did NOT do that and are continuing to charge me monthly. When I call the office it rings after the automated messages then I am disconnected.
I would not recommend Banfield or the Wellness plan to anyone. I have been paying for these services for 2 years and have been unable to get an appointment for my pets check up, shots or dental cleaning (all services I am paying for).
When I finally get an appointment it is cancelled the day before.
I tried reaching out to West Jordan and they told me they only had a vet on certain days and to call another location.
Banfield has let me and my pet down.
I sent an email to Banfield Cares on 7/18 and have not received a response other than an automated email as of 7/29.
Someone contacted me on 7/30 and I called back on 8/2. I left a message and was informed I would get a call back on 8/6. As of today, 8/11, I have still not heard back. Additionally, they renewed my Wellness Plan ignoring my request for it to be put on hold pending a conversation with someone about the issues I have been experiencing.

On August 30, I was recommended to Dr Walter’s at this clinic. I needed to put my 14 year old fur baby to sleep. I was so heart broken. When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. They took us back to a room where the procedure was done. The amount of compassion from the Dr was truly amazing! She was the most kind hearted Dr. I had ever met. She was so soft and loving to My girl. The day was extremely difficult. The Dr. and the staff made me so comfortable and calm. Also made Burkley feel the same way.
I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Walter’s.

We have had nothing but wonderful treatment at Banfield. We recently had to say good bye to our cat Munchie. We ended up driving across town to get to a Banfield that had staff available just because we knew that the experience for our family and for Munchie was going to be as positive as such a painful process can be. We were able to be there with him. We were able to say goodbye. The staff is amazing whether you are dealing with end of life or just wellness checks. I've never had a bad experience and they are incredibly accommodating.

I like Banfield Pet Hospital in West Jordan, for our dogs. They are very knowledgeable and Mary is very helpful and kind. Banfield is very affordable and they don’t always upcharge you. I recommend Banfield to all my pet friends parents.

All the Banfield locations/personnel have been great for myself and my pet, kind and helpful. But be aware, the Banfield wellness plan you pay for every month, you will continue to pay on even after your pet dies, and you cannot transfer the plan to a different pet. I have 9 months left of paying for my deceased pet's "wellness" :( .

So far very impressed. Love the pets wellness place. Great prices. My Sadie is not as anxious at the vet as before. We switched as I could not get appointments on Saturdays at my other vet.

They treated my dog like their own. I got a follow up call after new medication was given to check on her. They're very patient and you can tell everyone loves their job.
