I have been a patient of Rocky Howell for several years and I couldn't be happier with the care I receive. Howell is an exceptional psychiatry specialist who takes the time to listen, provide comprehensive explanations, and offer practical advice.I appreciate Howell's dedication and commitment to my health and well-being. He has been there for me through thick and thin, and I trust his expertise and judgment. The staff at the practice is also wonderful. They are kind, friendly, and efficient, and will always make you feel welcome.Overall, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable NP

Primary phone number on Google is for their crisis line where they just tell you to go to the nearest emergency room.

I have been to many psych hospitals, and let me tell you, I was incredibly impressed with Jordan Valley. The staff are attentive, caring, and kind. The unit is clean and looked after, and I felt safe and welcome. If there were any issues, whether it’s someone being unsafe or something like getting the wrong lunch tray, the staff were very quick to respond. This is a good place to rest. If you have loved ones that need to go somewhere, I would definitely say Jordan Valley is a good one to choose from.

I have been receiving mental health treatment for years and I can confidently say I have never been treated with such little respect and dignity. The psychiatrist and nurse practitioner abuse their power and will threaten you with extending your stay if they feel like it. My psychiatrist refused to communicate with my next of kin and insulted him several times simply for calling the nurses station and voicing his concern regarding my inpatient status. This is the last place someone suffering from a mental illness should go. Treatment should include loved ones and people with mental illnesses are not prisoners or zoo animals. The condition of the beds and lack of resources alone should be an indication that they do not care about their patients and abuse their power when their patients are in their most vulnerable state.

Called the wrong number looking for the counseling center, the person who answered was very rude, u helpful and had no care for anything I was saying to her. How is it a crisis center with such crude people?

Not only did no one answer when I called, but the phone rang out instead of going to any sort of voicemail.
