I had a newer pair of Black Ovis gaiters that had a broken buckle and could not be used. I emailed the company and sent a pic of the broken merchandise. I was hoping for a free repair. Evan HUFFAKER at Black Ovis looked up my order and got back to me very quickly. He let me know they were under warranty and he was sending a new pair out to me. Great guy, great service and a great company. Thank you!!!!

Great company, quality products and they make things easy. Called in and talked to someone with experience in the hunt I'm gearing up for. Then Evan in customer service helped me with exchanging my Crispi boots for the right size. Evan made the process seamless. Really appreciate this company and how they operate.

We ordered a pair of Sitka bibs for our son, and did so in anticipation of gifting him. Once he got them and tried them on they were a size too small. Chase Seeley at BlackOvis was more than accommodating and authorized a return. Chase responded within a few hours of each email exchange and the whole process was done within two days.

Ordered a set of Crispis that I had to return for sizing. USPS lost my package. Evan pushed the return and handled the tracking fiasco for me. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I will definitely be using Black Ovis for future hunting gear.

Thank you Evan Huffaker for helping my get some new merino 250g bottoms! Email was sent on some warranty and I was shipped a new pair that day. Bottoms are awesome, extremely comfortable, and keep my in the blind all day. Wool is still the best! I’m 5’11” 200lbs and large is a perfect fit.

I had issues with my refurbished cell cams. From Camofire. Chase Seeley took care of me when I couldn’t get a hold of Stealth cam’s terrible customer service. I was able to replace the cameras with replacements in a timely fashion.

I ordered some gear kind of last minute and didn't realize that I was getting close to my hunt. I called and asked when they thought that my package would be delivered, as I was worried that I would have to delay a day or two before I could leave for my hunt. The customer service rep told me that there was nothing to worry about and that I would receive my equipment before I needed to leave. What I did not know was that he actually expedited the shipping to make sure it would arrive on time. He did this without any extra expense to me. I really appreciate them doing this as they had no obligation to help me in this regard, but did so anyway. I am now way more inclined to use Black Ovis for all of my outdoor needs. Thank y'all!
