this is the place to go if you need duplicate FOB, great service and clearly best price (basically 50 percent cheaper than the car dealer). 25-30 percent cheaper than other locksmiths I checked. Walked in and 20 minutes later good to go

Came here today around 3:20pm and was helped immediately. I needed a duplicate of a key and they had it done within seconds. I had went to multiple places before stopping by here and all places I’ve gone to before either couldn’t make a copy or the copy wouldn’t work at all. I’ll be coming here instead if I ever need any key or lock services. The new key works perfectly!!

I wanted a key for my Chevrolet pickup with the fob built in so I wouldn't have to carry so much in my pocket. I found a key with fob and took it to Bobs to have it cut and programmed.The cut worked out great and the chip in the key lets me start the truck but none of the other functions work, namely unlock, lock or remote start, so I still have to carry the extra fob.I noticed that the company didn't object to charging full price even though the built in fob doesn't work properly.Not happy, won't be back.You claim that you couldn't program it because it's a chinese replica, so why didn't you tell me that BEFORE you took my money?

Lost our full set of keys to our home including key fob for car. Randy came out almost two hours before time quoted on the phone and keyed our entire home with "like" keys. He was quick and professional and showed me how to re-key my smart lock front door lock. This is the second time I have used this company. You can trust their work!

I stopped by with my deadbolt that needed to be rekeyed and they did it quickly and also made 4 duplicate keys. Super fast, friendly, and affordable. Definitely recommend for anything lock related. Support local businesses!

The service I received from Bob's Lock Safe and Key couldn't have been better! This is actually the second time I've utilized their services this year, and I have to share my wonderful experiences. They personally answer calls and promptly respond to texts, demonstrating their commitment to excellent customer service. Last night, I experienced a car break-in, resulting in the theft of duplicate keys to my apartment units along with addresses. Don from Bob's came to the rescue. Despite having to make two trips, he charged me for only one service call, showing their fairness. On the first trip, they arrived within 30 minutes. Bob's might have just saved me from a costly nightmare. I can't thank them enough!
