Not happy about the lady that helped me this evening.. she didn’t speak English and told me she didn’t know if she could help me and didn’t let me know what she was doing or anything and then put me on the phone with customer service? I could have done thatAug 22nd I came back to the store in west valley city and this will be the last time I ever come … I couldn’t even talk to anyone and I kept being out on different phone with different 800#s and I couldn’t even get a phone for my daughter who got her phone broken.. one person would say something and then someone else would say something else!!! This store was so frustrating… please if you are going to a phone company I would hope they can speak English … but these last 2 months no one has been here to help me in English and I have went for over 2 years and now no one can help me … I’m really sad and frustrated because I use to love this store …

I just spent 90 minutes here and had my credit card charged over $100 so I could be told over Google Translate that the phone doesn't work with the service. They also aren't able to correct their mistakes and told me I have to file a charge back with my credit card company. The leaders of this business should be truly ashamed of themselves for creating this kind of customer experience.

Suell is very nice and a very hard worker!!!
