Don't waste your time or money. They wasted time and tried to get more money out of me. They tried to make out that pet hair on the stairs meant that the house had not been cleaned in a long time we have 4 pets who are currently shedding. The team spent over two hours cleaning three bathrooms which are cleaned on a regular basis. They were just doing a deep cleaning of the house and didn't even get more then a standard clean quality done. The managers response was you could have watched them the whole time to make sure they were cleaning. Photos attached after they "cleaned".Update: the state is now involved and going after this company for violating consumer rights. Stay far far away from this company. They were giving multiple chances by consumer protection to make things right and refused.

I have used Casa Bella cleaning services on multiple rentals that I own and they do a fantastic job each and every time. They are also affordable and are my go to cleaners. They will also do tasks that other cleaning companies refuse to do for some reason like wipe down the walls.

Carmen was amazing. I had contracted COVID a couple of months ago and have not felt well since then. The house was a mess! Carmen did a wonderful job of deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom.Wonderful staff, too. When there was a very slight translation problem, Carmen called the Casa Bella office. Excellent cleaning! The job was done so well! The bathrooms were sparkling clean- they even cleaned my baseboards. The kitchen was spotless. Everything was done to a high standard, exactly what I would have done if I cleaned it myself. I appreciate attention to details. I needed extra help this month and Casabella came to the rescue. I initially started using their services early 2022. The price is started with was $30/hour. This slowly crept up to $45/ hour. When I questioned this, I was told it was because of inflation. Last time I checked, the inflation is not 50%. Totally ridiculous.Additionally, they began texting me at the end of my shifts saying if I wanted the remainder of the cleaning, I'd have to pay more. They had never had problems cleaning the 1600 Sq ft area before, so why now? I even cut out 2 bedrooms, but still they would keep my place hostage until I paid more. Super unprofessional, and not quite my cup of tea when dealing with house cleaners.On to quality -- they do a below average job. A handful of times, I have heard the vacuum running for longer than expected, and I've gone to see the cleaning lady texting and not even touching the running vacuum. No wonder they need extra time to complete the cleaning! They've also lied about the work they've completed, including cleaning the floors, which I've listed as a priority. They throw a fit if they're asked to correct their mistakes. When they have finally agreed to finish the job, they show up 5 to 6 hours late (as late as 9pm on a Friday night!!), without any communication.I used the service for a long time because it was convenient to text, and also there is a big lack of cleaning services here in SLC. However, I've finally had it and cannot take their money-grubbing antics and lack of professionalism any longer. I most definitely would not recommend their services, as there are now (finally!) much better companies out there.

We had been dealing with Nicholas for over a year. Fantastic guy, great customer service and was extremely accommodating. Yesterday we had a service scheduled, and Mary called to tell my wife, our time has passed and we would be charged an additional $40 because our cleaners were still at another location, but we were going to be billed for a no-show!!! Their team has been late multiple times, and we have rescheduled with Nicholas before with NO PROBLEMS at all. Mary told my wife that the "condition of our house" was bad. We live in a town home that is 18 months old, and is always very clean. We USED to have Casa Bella come once a month, to standard cleaning. Generally, that means vacuuming, dusting, and a light cleaning. They are NEVER there more than an hour to do a 2800 SQ FT town-home. No more. Employees other than Mary are extremely nice, very respectful of our home and belongings and we have never once had an issue. We will NEVER use them again, and I hope people read this and change their mind about hiring them. I have never been as offended at how we have been treated as we were yesterday. Horrible. There are no words for how unacceptable this was. Never again. Run. DO NOT USE THEM!Service: Standard cleaning

I've used them several times, and the cleaning quality has always been very good. Only issue I ever ran into was last year, they only gave me four hours when I paid for six. When I called to ask about it, they said they would give me two additional hours the next time I had them clean. This was a nice offer, but I don't think they kept a record of that because the next time I scheduled them, no one seemed to remember that offer.Fast forward a year: I scheduled a cleaning for yesterday. They told me I needed to be there, so I arranged to take the day off work, get rid of my dog and kid for the day (which cost an additional $30), and then no one ever showed up. They didn't call, I had to call, text, and email (and it took 5 tries before I got through). Even after getting through no one knew what had happened. An hour later, I called again and was told that the cleaner had an emergency and couldn't come today. Okay- emergencies happen, but it seems like I could have been told about it early in the day, instead of sitting around all day.Initially, I still wanted to reschedule, as the cleaning is very good quality. They texted me later in the day to offer a couple options for reschedule, one option for today. I responded back that this would work, canceled all my plans for the day, then never got a confirmation. I called and texted five times just trying to verify if someone was going to show up, and had no response. Finally I texted and left a voicemail instructing them to cancel the booking. I thought I was paying for a service to save me time and make my life easier. Instead I literally have wasted two days dealing with this, not to mention am out an additional $30. Unbelievable frustrating experience.
