Charlie's Car Wash is a popular choice for many customers, known for its friendly staff and effective cleaning services. One customer praised an employee for her helpfulness during a difficult situation. Many appreciate the monthly membership, although some have reported issues with the dryers not working properly and having to dry their cars themselves. Despite this, customers find that Charlie's does a better job than other car washes, often leaving cars stain-free and almost dry. The vacuum area is clean and well-equipped, enhancing the overall experience. While some customers have noted that it doesn't always remove all dirt, the service is generally recommended for its quality and the assistance provided by the team.
