The man that works there whose name is Jerry has the worst customer service I have ever seen. He is very rude and was inappropriate to me.

Once again Worst service be Jerry is very rude and seems a very angry miserable person. When a customer is friendly says hello and acknowledges your existence you might want to actually acknowledge them back.
