Cover pool covers are junk after five years they're shot they cost $5000 so that is $1000 a year just to have this cover they say they have a seven year warranty but they do not honor their warranties

After working g for this sweatshop company I can only imagine what the clients and customers are going through sweatshop labor poor pay emotional damaging work environment (management) and here's some pizza for your hard work while we enjoy higher pay and bonuses on your broken backs and exhaustion

Very poor customer service. I have had appointments scheduled, twice, and both times they have no showed us. Our pool cover is less than a year old. Disappointed in the quality of the cover, as well as the lack of customer service.
