This was my absolute worst experience with criket. I went in to set up a new phone plan. I brought my own phone. They asked if it was unlocked through the original carrier. I had said I’m not certain. Granted there is a huge language barrier at this specific location. They charged me for a completely new phone plan and then they noticed that phone I had bright was not unlocked. They charged me 91.20$ and I did not receive any line of service or a phone or my money back. They said once a phone is activated with service they can’t return it. But I don’t have a phone with said service or my money back. BASICALLY CRIKET EMPLOYEES WILL STRAIGHT UP TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT BACK! Do not go here.I even called the non emergency number in west valley city and had officers do a civil dispute for me and they said there was nothing they could do either.

The girls that work there are very nice and patient but I’m frustrated because they said they could help me just wait while they helped customers who were ahead of me. I waited over an hour then they told me they couldn’t help me and I will have to call customer service :/

I hate going here. They never treat you with respect and they always try to hustle you for your money. Please go to the other store on 5600 W. They actually speak English.

They are rude and the store never has anyone there. It’s always closed! I ended up going to the Cricket on 5600 west and they are so nice and hooked me up with a great deal and their employees know what they’re doing!! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.

Woman at the counter was rude and obnoxious just to pay my bill she was agitated and it happened more than once where o finally switched service providers just to not have to deal with her again!

Why is this store even bothering to be open? We went in yesterday to get a new phone, and were told we had to wait outside as they could only have 2 people in the store at the time. Which was fine since this store is crowded and slow usually anyway. But after waiting outside for 20+ min, we came in to find we couldn't physically see the phones/features and were directed to look online. Additionally they said they couldn't do any data transfers on the phone when we buy it. So why even waste electricity by being open? 1 star for the fantastic suggestion of handling it online. I will not be returning to this store, and will spend my money elsewhere. This location needs to close.

After switching my service to Cricket from another carrier, I immediately had problems using the internet. My phone had zero internet service for 3 consecutive days. When I returned to the store with my concern, it turned into a 5 hour ordeal of troubleshooting and customer service calls. When nothing was able to be resolved, and I still wasn't able to connect to the internet, the customer service team suggested that it was probably my phone as the problem. I explained that everything had worked without issue on my prior carrier, and that I would gladly go back to them. I asked for a refund of my money, seeing as I never received the pre-paid services that I signed up for. This turned into another hour long conversation on the phone with Customer Service, ANOTHER round of trouble shooting, and ultimately no solution to my problem. After 4 or 5 hours of this, and finally getting a supervisor on the phone, they explained to me that I could only get my money back if I filed a payment reversal/ dispute with my bank. They couldn't just refund my money and let me go back to my old service provider. In short, Cricket was never able to make the internet on my phone work, no one could offer any solutions to my problem, they subtly suggested that it was somehow my fault, and they wouldn't make it easy for me to just leave their faulty services. I DID end up going back to my old carrier, and within 5 minutes of switching back to T-Mobile I had perfect service on my phone again. Everything, including internet, worked perfectly. I also filed a payment reversal / dispute with my bank. I would NEVER recommend Cricket Wireless services to anyone. Their customer service is unbelievably disorganized and unhelpful.

This store is ridiculous I bought 2 phones from this location and have had nothing but trouble with the Alcatel one touch idol 3 it gets super hot n feels like it's going to burn u n the store tells me I have to pay the full price of another phone simply because I transferred my number over from another company biggest rip off ever !!!
