12 to 16 phones on display and they had 2 in stock. I went to 3. Cricket stores and it was the same in all three. On the clerks advice I purchased a phone and it has turned into a nightmare. The clerk didn't do it or show me how to download info. I went back and had someone else help me. I still lost a lot of information. I've been with cricket for years and have always had help when I got a new phone. I am so disappointed this time. Everytime I use this phone I think about this awful experience.

Claudia & her staff Amy & Jesse were absolute ANGELS! Patient, kind, & very professional. It's extremely rare to get such excellent customer service during the covid-19 crisis, but they helped me pair my new speakers, & helped me upgrade my phone. I am happy that I stepped into this store.

We have 7 lines through Cricket so we are in and out of the store on a regular basis. Nato has helped us several times. He has amazing customer service. He is knowledgeable and seems to have our best interests in mind. I like Cricket for their straight forward pricing. I like this location for the great customer service. Highly recommend.
