My husband purchased a phone from the store and went to go take it back the next morning because I had some glitching errors. He arrived at the store on time 10 o’clock that’s when they open. He pulled up to the store and waited 35 minutes because the store has not opened yet come to find out sitting in his he watched the manager walk into work late and then when she open the store, he explained to her that he bought a phone and just wanted to replace it and she said that she could not help him that he had to come back later on and Have the guy that sold it to him help him. My husband left upset because she’s the manager and she should be able to take care of that issue. not only was she rude late for work and unable to help her customer service skills need to be brushed up on. Do not work with the manager at this store. We have put a complaint into corporate office.

The lady that helped me was nice but clearly didn't know how to read that I would owe more the next day and now I don't have service until they open and I wasn't prepared for it. Training the employees to understand prorated pricing would be great. This is the most irritating thing to wake up to in the morning.

I went to the local Cricket Wireless on 3300 S 279 E, South Salt Lake, because my phone wasn't working properly. Although the representative was able to get my phone working correctly. He wasn't very nice and couldn't with my phone. He took my phone number, and said when he would call when his Manager was back in the store. I never back from him at all.
