"I visited this CVS location on February 27th at 11:30 am to purchase some nose products. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I approached a staff member wearing a CVS t-shirt for assistance in finding the product, he seemed bothered by my request. Despite my polite attempts to communicate, he appeared indifferent and unhelpful. As a non-native English speaker who has been in the country for only 1 year and 8 months, I expect basic courtesy and understanding, especially in a customer service role. Instead, I was met with impatience and rudeness. This incident highlights the need for better training of staff to serve customers who do not speak English as their first language. I hope this review serves as a reminder to the management to improve their customer service standards. No one should be made to feel belittled or disrespected while simply trying to make a purchase.Terrible service

I like this pharmacy. Not only because they have their prescriptions ready on time most of the time, but because they are friendly, nice and helpful. Today, I called and the pharmacist’s service was outstanding.

Completely disregard this place! The lady at their minute clinic was so rude and unhelpful. She refused to see my brother who need a covid test because we were 10 minutes late. I explain we are sick and traffic was bad. She gave no FKs. Then I asked if she could tell me where else I could find testing, because it’s been hard to get a location and she simply brushed us off. She was pretty kind to the white couple behind us though.

Online it says pharmacy is open at 8 am. It’s past 9 am and I need to leave to be places BEFORE 9 am. Sometimes people only have a small, single open window a day to come to the pharmacy and you aren’t open when you said you would be.

The pharmacy tech was amazing and so kind. My problem comes with how CVS is advertising for their covid testing. On Google results and their website it says rapid testing is available, after taking the time to fill out the paperwork it says oh not available in your area though. But they list that the tests that are available are 1-2 days for results. So after waiting for two days and not receive an update you call their help line and it says 2-5 days. I don't appreciate that their advertising isn't upfront. It's deceptive for no reason.

The pharmacist was very unprofessional and rude. As well they didn't have the medication in stock, and didn't even give me the option of waiting until they could get it in stock. I will never go to this particular CVS pharmacy again.
