I use this pharmacy and I have a high volume of prescriptions currently in my life and I always have to call in to refill everything. For the most part everyone here is always kind to me. I've randomly had an employee lash out at me a about which day to pick it up. I think she was over-worked, or frustrated or having bad day. I'm pretty sure she realized her hiccup by my kind response.I've had some bad experiences, and when struggling with mental health, and needing a high volume of medicine, it takes some patience and I appreciate this CVS's overall efforts in their pharmacy. 90% of the time is a good, smooth experience. Thank you guys so much! My medicine is very important in my life and I appreciate it being managed so well.

I have always been happy and amazed at the service provided by this CVS Pharmacy staff. Their smiling, welcoming and willing to serve attitudea through the drive through window or inside. This is what service is all about. Kudos to the Pharmacists and Staff of this CVS Store.

I stopped by here last Thursday to fill up a prescription in the drive-thru, but unfortunately they were understaffed and needed me to come in to drop off the prescription papers. I couldn't physically come in and I told that that to the gentleman trying to help me. He kindly explained that they are short staffed and only had one person who could fill the prescription, so it would be easier if I came in. Since I couldn't walk in and the wait was over an hour, I decided to go elsewhere. I'm giving CVS a 5-star rating due to the kindness of the gentleman. He was patient and kind while I asked him a few questions. Not once did he make me feel like a burden.

We went to this facility to get COVID tests. My 15 year old son used the restroom. The manager (Alex) unlocked the door without knocking. When he came out he told me what happened. I asked to speak with a manager. Well Alex is the manager. Rather than apologizing, she made every excuse as to why it was son's fault. Really? A 15 year old boy? She even followed us out to our vehicle when I asked for her supervisor's number. She gave me the 800 number for CVS pharmacy.

Alex went above and beyond with her customer care. I called in with a question and she answered it appropriately. Things arrived at the store shortly afterwards and she went through the trouble to look up my number and call me back to inform me of the shipment that had just arrived with the product I sought. She did it without it being agreed that she would call and let me know. She did it because she is a stellar employee and the worlds needs more people like her out there!

I had a covid test appointment set up here and when I arrived they had informed me that the could could do the test anymore due to there pharmacist quitting. They gave me a number to call to transfer my appointment to another location. I called the number spent 35 minutes on the phone for the representative to hang up on me without completing anything. I find not only the lack of notification for their inability to complete the covid test and the fact that I was hung up on completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Will not use this location ever.

This multi-billion company needs to update their information with this particular location, ESPECIALLY, their covid testing (which they stopped last week) and hire more knowledgeable people, that have more concerns for the customer, then rather as of now for example, a complacent detatched employee, that did not want to help, go somewhere else, especially if they're not up to date about covid tests.

I made an appointment for a COVID-19 test, for travel, two weeks in advance. I arrive 10 minutes for the test only to discover that they were no longer providing Covid-19 testing. CVS didn't provide me any notice of this change, but did send me a text reminding me of my appointment. If find CVS to be unreliable and not trust worthy.

Judy is so sweet! I appreciate the staff at my local CVS pharmacy. There was a lapse in availability for one of my medications because it was a controlled substance. My doctors are older and they take time to do certain things. Judy and her team were proactive in getting me an answer in the same day. This pharmacy is staffed by people who are professional and instantly endearing. I love the small town feel and remembering names. I am pleased. Thank you kindly.

I have used this pharmacy for over 2 years no matter where I lived I appreciate that they know my voice and call me by name. I appreciate the kindness and compassion. I struggled at first getting my doctors to follow rules and guidelines that CVS requires and it was hard ,bu we got it worked out. So I am writing from a need I have . I need to know that as they get busy that when I ask for the Pharmacist to look for a fax given I knew my doctor had sent it he said No. That was at 5:30. I waited until 7:30 pm and drove the 15 minutes to get there and it was not there. I had called the on call Dr , so it did not seem right. I have noticed my wait time has gone from 5 minutes to my full drive from home to CVS in the last few weeks. Today I held and was told there were 5 people ahead of me and at he window I waited 10 minutes. My Dr called me at 9 pm at night and insisted she sent the RX to the correct pharmacy .She is going to follow up in the morning. I would like to understand. Is someone ill? What will happen when the apartment complex begins to fill . I like being known and do not want to go somewhere else. What is happening? Everyone is still being kind yet the quality of service has dropped . I just would like to see the get support or hire another person maybe??

This place has the rudest manager lady ever. I walked in to return a couple razors without a receipt due to my kids always playing with the bags after we go shopping. The second I said I had no receipt her demeanor totally changed. She was rude as ever!! Giving me dirty looks then sarcastically smiling like she had won some sort of battle. I recommend stay away from this place!! She is obviously not out to help the customer. Turns out my wife bought the razors at Walgreens where they happily returned my razors without a receipt. Go Walgreens. CVS really needs to work on their customer service. Or on who they hire. Rude, sarcastic, angry people should not be hired as managers.

The lady that helped me and my dad today to get some medication for his eye was super helpful and super nice. She gave us guidance in how to obtain the medication, and it was fast and she helped us to get a good price! Everything with a smile on her face. She rocks!!

Lovely new building, helpful staff. Prescription prices higher than other pharmacies in the area.
