Service! I'm so disappointed in this place. It used to be a good pharmacy but they have gone down the drain. Drive through lines are huge sometimes up to 10 cars in line. Inside the store same thing and only one person tending. Been trying to get my medication for a couple a days now and the lines are ridiculously. If you're sick and need medication go to another pharmacy.

The girl working the front of the store has NEVER been anything but absolutely horrible to me! I have never said but 2 words to her and she has been extremely Rude and verbally abusive towards my husband and I. She has always had such a blase attitude towards any customers. She should probably kept in the back away from people!Won't be spending anymore of my hard earned money on this particular location.

I was waiting for a cashier to help me, there were two of them there in the cosmetics area, they just looked at me, I waited for 8 minutes and I left, terrible service!!! On the other hand, the pharmacists are very friendly.

There is really no reason the line in the drive through should take over an hour to get through. If someone's perscription is not ready, tell them to move on and come back when it is. Instead they sit by the window for 10-20 minutes waiting for them to fill it. Those of us that called in or used the app/website to make sure it was ready are out in less than 2 minutes. It's honestly crazy to me that they don't make people move on if they didn't make sure there pickup was ready smh

Pharmacy in dire need of a new system. When known to be a 24hour pharmacy but only have the drive thru open at 8pm this is not really acceptable to have this kind of wait where cars wrap around the entire building. The inside pharmacy should stay open until at least 10pm for this issue. To make everyone wait on one script every 20min per car its not cool. Very slow. They also don't answer the phone either when you want to make sure you are not wasting your time and if they are able to fill your script or if they ran out of the med.

This is my favorite CVS, but management really needs to get on the ball and hire more staff for the pharmacy!! I feel for the few employees that are back there, over run by the amount of scripts and people that come through there. I NEVER use to have to wait more than 15 minutes now the drive thru is the only option 90% of the time because there are only 1 or 2 people working, and the line of cars wraps around the building!! Don't dare park in front, or you will never get out past the line of cars. I now really dread having to go there. I find the middle of the night is best.

Why would they close up the inside on such a busy night? I spent a miserable hour waiting in the drive through. This is beyond exasperating. I'm done here.

Prices are higher than other c v s. stores. They don't match prices from store to store at CVS. They don't match price from cbs online. Difficult store to deal with.

The two snooty entitled condescending Karens at front desk this Black Friday morning 2023 refused to help me with my coupon issue. I have reported them to corporate for taste of their their own medicine

This is bittersweet. At night there is a pharmacist/cashier who is extremely polite, very nice, friendly, excellent customer service, he had empathy and takes care of things really good. During the day you best beware. There is a cashier who will cut you off while you talk, she sounds rude and in a hurry. Customer service goes far when is right, when is bad, you lose customers. They need to train them to learn good soft skills.

Is your staff like actually like incompetent or something? I’ve been in line for a whole hour and still can’t even get to the drive thru window for meds. Absolutely idiotic customer service.

The rating is a 0 for this CVS location. I've waited an hour and 20 minutes on the phone and still couldn't get through to the pharmacist. They ended up hanging up on me. While I was on hold my husband called the actual CVS store and got a hold of someone. He asked them if there was anyone working at the pharmacy because we're still on hold for an hour already. Her response was, the wait time for the pharmacy can take up to an hour. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They're the worst!!!! Drive through windows sucks. They don't answer their phone at all.
