The woman that did my toenails and fingernails charged me $80 she held up the calculator and it said $80 on it. When I tried to call on it the owner said well this is because you had this this and that not even knowing what I had done yet. If you want to be ripped off go here enjoy yourself give him your money even if you don't want to give him your money they'll get it somehow. They're a rip off and Nancy isn't a very nice person either.

My elderly mother who only speaks Spanish came in and asked for a pedicure. She was immediately told they could not help her because they did not speak Spanish. My mom told them she understood a bit of English and wanted to get her toes done. The manager proceeded to ask her to put her foot in burning water which caused my mom to get a 1st degree burn. My mom let the manager know and the manger did not apologize and added cold water. She started to cut my moms toenails by cutting into the nail and ripping off the remainder of it. My mom complained of pain which was disregarded by the manager. My mom asked for another person getting her nails done to interpret to the manager and let her know she was causing my mom a lot of pain by cutting her nails that way. The manager told my mom to calm down and lower her stress and proceeded to continue hurting my mom. When my mom jerked with pain the manager/owner became frustrated , got up and asked my mom to leave the nail salon. My mom left the nail salon why her toe bleeding out. She showed her toe to a ******* associate and asked for to her witness. This is absolutely horrific to discriminate an elderly individual for not speaking your language , burn them and make them bleed all for using your services. The owner/manager and the other nail tech should be fired and or the business needs to be closed down. Luckily my mother was able to tell me her experience and we will be pressing charges. But Imagine to how many other people this owner/ nail tech are hurting and abusing. *********** ***** , ********************************* location inside of the *******.

Layton Utah location, I waited 15 minutes then was to be sat next to a young woman with no mask on, and playing music loudly over her phone's extetnal speaker. (There were masks available for her to wear) I asked that she wear a mask and that at least one chair be placed between us. The nail tech told me he couldn't do that, and told me to go to another location. He was only wearing a mask on his chin his nose was exposed. I am trying to stay safe and healthy, I waited months to finally get a pedicure, it helps with my neuropathy, and I'm told to go "somewhere else"! And so I will, and I suggest other people should go "somewhere else", and stay safe, and alive...as well as to have a relaxing, noise-free experience. Don't risk your health at this unaware, uncaring, unprofessional, Walmart, hole-in-wall, nail joint....headshake!!!

For some reason my check did not clear even after I paid in cash 160 even though i only had a balance of 150 the female employee attacked my 12 year old daughter 4 times including today when Walmart management had to protect my family...

Called to ask if they were open and was directed to the corporate number. Asked the lady a question about a location and she snapped at me and acted as if I was stupid, and unable to understand what she was saying. Extremely rude.

Went to their location in eldersburg md. And I will never go to any of their others because of the poor customer service and abuse from the nail tech. My hands still hurt a day later because she was so rough and careless!

Actually, the visit was terrible and I never complain!! However, this time I will!! First, the lady that was going to do my nails sat down and immediately started to text someone while I was sitting there. After that, she was having difficultly getting the Dremel tool to reach my hand because she was attempting to dial her cell phone at the same time. Finally, she had the nerve to start talking on the phone while she was trying to Dremel my nail. ??The whole visit was awful!! She never did have me soak my nails first...she just chatted on the phone and attempted to Dremel my cuticles dry. I finally got up, while she continued to talk on her phone and told her forget it, she wasn't doing my nails while she was talking on her phone. I immediately left and had my pedicure and manicure done, next door, at the Hollywood Nails place.

My French mani lasted apps 5 days then it all started to peel off when back and they said it only lasts 7 days..I went back on the seventh day and still they didn't want to re do my French nails...I said well wish I would have k own I would have not done them..and my foster daughter's nails completely fell off fell off about 4 days...the excuse was nails to short...they collect money and don't satisfy results...I said I am getting ot coming back they said that M is fine....Wow

Davi Nails of Leesburg VA has been the absolute most awful experience of my life. Unprofessional, unlicensed staff. My nails physically hurt and took a beating at this salon. I’ve never been so humiliated about my nails before. The nail tech did not speak to me. Did not use a base coat before applying polish, and I had to ask her to put a top coat because she was ready to leave my nails drying and move on to the next customer. She cut the skin around my nails with the drill as she was clearly not experienced or trained to properly use a drill. The service for a full-set took 12 minutes. Unbelievable! I am disgusted by this overall experience and I am greatly concerned for future customers.

I give this business 1 star because I could not give them a lower rating. They will NEITHER honor a gift card purchase (because that particular salon closed) and they will NOT issue a refund of $65.00!! Horrible people, should not even be allowed to have a business here in the States!!
