Sammy's Heating & Air has been with a national bank for over 10 years. The local staff were wonderful to work with, but anything that involved the corporate level, such as a credit card limit increase, was awful. They just laughed when I asked them for any increase in the credit limit and treated us as a new, risky customer ignoring our payment history, bank balances, etc. It is refreshing to bank with a local financial institution that, even at the corporate level, treats us with courtesy and respect. Within days our credit limit was double that of the national bank. The local staff is also much more empowered to help us with financial needs, setting up accounts and making adjustments. We prefer to support the local establishments as well.

I have been banking at DFCU for close to 40 years and they have always been honest and good with me and my finances. I have never had to worry and they have made my banking experience easy! Their app is one of the most user friendly I have ever tried
