I love dollar tree, but this specific dollar tree is very poorly managed!!!! If you ask to use the restroom the staff will lie about the key, one said the key was stolen the other said the bathroom was in repair and the Natalie nun looking girl with the permanent dumb look literally just walked away when asked. (seeing that we are buying customers who have used it in the past, a hand full of people and myself didn’t understand why that wasn’t allowed) When the manager was confronted about why the bathroom was not able to be used she said we couldn’t use the key because it was latched on her personal keys.. when told that was not our issue she was rude and said “first off don’t talk to me like that or I won’t let you use it”All in all the store has the worst staff full of useless people managed by a grouchy old lady who is obviously mad she is unable to retireWould highly recommend going to dollar tree in Taylorsville, they have better stuff anyway!

Some Dollar trees are a lot cleaner than others. This one is ok. I was Assistant manager at the one in Orem,,, Not too brag but I had a cool store..

Was just at this store, about 20 minutes ago. Worst wait in the world, waiting nearly 20-25 minutes for our cashier to come back. They basically stood around and talked while making balloons. Eventually they opened another register that helped a little, but yet again my family and I were still stuck at our original register waiting for our cashier to come back to help us and the other 10 people that were stuck behind us. 1. The cashier's need to have their priorities straight.2. Manager there could have stepped in and helped, instead of barking orders.3. Always keep a register manned at all times. And clean the store, it was a mess.

I had a huge online order to pick up. Kimberly made sure that every package was accounted for and even helped me get it out to my car. Even other patrons were happy to hold doors open and lend assistance. Great neighborhood and community feel there today.

Horrible customer service. This morning the employee accused me of shoplifting (I wasn’t) and threatened to call the police. Yelled at me from across the store and told the cashier to call the police. Ma’am, I don’t have a need to steal from the Dollar Tree… at 9 AM on a Saturday. Honestly…Some additional customer service training may be in order for your staff, Dollar Tree.

It's a hard store to run, so there are shelves always empty, but back room is also empty compared to a year ago. Staff is always friendly. Keep up the good work.

Shelves were empty and lines backed up only one cashier,and I felt sorry for her cause the manager was a not so nice person with the way she was talking to her employee I would have told her we're to stick this low paying job.

I came here to pick up some odds and ends since our local rose park dollar tree is closed, I enter my chipped debit card into their card reader and it literally spit my card out, and wouldn't accept it and I do have money. The woman at the register didn't care and had me try over and over and she kept saying I don't remember what my manager did to fix this! If you can't accept debit cards then CLOSE YOUR STORE

I didn't know that they raised their price to 1.25 until I went to pay. That's where they had a little sign that only read 1.25. No other notice.
