Look, the location is fine. The service wasn't bad. But the room and people outside questionable.I just want to be honest, there were a decent amount of people roaming around the parking asking for money and it was uncomfortable. I didn't think I was going to be stabbed but it wasn't a pleasant experience either. The strangest part though, was the hotel was next to a lot of "Upper end" restaurants, bars, and other hotels. Like, the area looks friendly and clean but you literally go to the end of the street and you've got homeless people wandering the parking lot.I want to make it clear, I don't hate the homeless. Hell, if I had more money myself, I'd try to help out more but I don't. And, in all reality, America shouldn't have the homeless issue we do but that's for another time. Regardless, this place is sort of sketchy. If you're one that's uncomfortable around people that ask for money and so on, avoid this place. If you don't care and just need a cheap place to stay, then this should be good enough for that.

Worst customer service I have ever received I think her name was Jennifer she was the rudest and most ridiculous person we have ever met I think maybe we were interrupting her time with her boyfriend because after she finished yelling at us a guy came to us and told us we needed to watch what we said to her cause this was her workplace and we could just leave which is what we did hopefully she learns how to deal with customers better or the hotel needs to let her go cause we will never stay there again and anyone we know we will let them know not to stay there cause nobody deserves to be treated the way she treated us

This place was, hands down, The Best hotel I've ever stayed. It was quiet, peaceful, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. I just can't say enough good things about my stay there.

TYLER WAS THE BEST‼️ Agoda 3rd party messed up my reservation and I try fixing it 3 hours BEFORE arriving when I noticed the mistake 5 seconds later when the confirmation email came and wrong date. Agoda was playing with me on the phone for 3 hours saying the Hotel was not answering but every time I call the hotel.. THEY ANSWER HOIII‼️ So I thank so much this gentleman for helping a poor young lady like myself out especially at the time of night MIDNIGHT with nowhere to go if not resolve. Definitely will be staying here again THANK YOU!!

I've stayed here a few times in the past with my most recent being a week ago since it was the least expensive hotel that's closest to one of the dance halls I like to hit up when im in the area. I did feel that the rate was a bit pricey for the quality of the hotel this was & feel that the price should be half of what it was. The room was okay but nothing fancy. I did notice when I was here last that it seemed like there were a fair number of people in the lobby area both when I checked in and when I checked out that seemed to not speak any English plus I did notice a few homeless people in the neighborhood of this hotel which never was an issue till this last time I stayed here. I will say though that the dude that was working the lobby when I checked in seemed cool and friendly

Room wasn't cleaned, found an M30 under the bed. When we informed the front desk attendant she was disinterested and asked how we knew it wasn't ours. I had to look it up online to even know what an M30 was. Totally unprofessional and disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs.

Upon Check-In we were told that they needed copies of both my husband and my Driver's license but could not explain why. She said "we require it for all adults".Then she proceeded to tell us that we would be charged for any towels that may get stained during our stay. Makeup, food, etc. So If we got anything dirty they have bleach pens and wipes that we could purchase so we wouldn't be charged.Mind you, my husband and I were dressed up nicely along with our well kept teenage daughter. With very little makeup on as we checked in because we were heading to an event near by, which was the reason for our stay. The Lady at the counter proceeded to tell us that they did have a light continental breakfast that would be available the next morning in that front area. When deciding where to stay one of the amenities we look for is the free breakfast. We were also notified that they were short on dishes so if we needed cups, plates or utensils they would only be available upon request. We were then given two keys to our room located on the 2nd floor. When we checked into our room I first noticed the stack of towels in the bathroom that were all stained. Remembering that we were just told of their no stain policy, we took the stained towels back down to the front desk and turned them back in. The girl that checked us in was gone but there was a gentleman there instead. I gave him our room # and notified him about the towels and told him I didn't want charged. He was more interested in defending himself than documenting anything and making sure we were taken care of.The next morning we went down to check out quite early (730am)The continental breakfast consisted of Nature Valley Granola Bars and a cup of coffee. We definitely do not recommend this hotel. I would pay more money for one of the nicer hotels nearby had I known.

This is the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at in my life!! The management was HORRIBLE! I was struggling with some things and had a seizure and a friend that was with me at the time called 911. The paramedics took me from the hotel to the hospital. WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL someone in management made my 'friend' who WAS NOT on my reservation a NEW key to MY ROOM! This 'friend' then went in my room and stole ALL of my belongings including the keys to my car!! After calling the police to make a report, the managers made everything out to be MY FAULT!! Then the next day told police that they wanted me trespassed from the property!! Even though I was now STUCK IN WEST VALLEY WITH NO KEYS TO MY CAR! SO NO VEHICLE, NO WAY TO LEAVE AND NO WHERE TO STAY! AND MY CAR WAS STILL ON THEIR PROPERTY!In the end I lost all of my belongings and had to pay over $300 to get my car rekeyed so that I could leave west valley! I had to stay on the streets for a few days and anytime I tried to go back to the hotel even just to get the Vin number from my car, the hotel management would harass me and call the cops just to try to get me in trouble! So not only did I waste money staying at a hotel with completely unprofessional management I also had to come up with over $300 to get my car rekeyed and another $100 to $150 to replace the things that were stolen from my room! All because their management made a copy of MY room key to someone that WAS NOT EVEN ON MY RESERVATION!! I've tried to call corporate but have never gotten a call back from them.. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!! EVER!!!

There is a predatory tow company that tows guest's cars if you don't get your car a hang tag fast enough. It cost me an extra $450 to stay at this Extended Stay and I still have not gotten some things back that were in the car that was towed. I used to love Extended Stay all over, but I will not stay at another Extended Stay anywhere in the world until the tow company at this one is replaced with a service oriented tow company. The point of having cars towed from a hotel is to assure hotel guests have convenient parking, not to ruin a hotel guest's stay, cost a guest an inordinate amount of money and provide revenue to a tow yard. If management gets any incentive pay for towed vehicles, I would have to say someone needs to be fired. This one hotel is the bad apple ruining the reputation of all Extended Stay hotels in the bushel. If upper management or someone at the corporate level takes action to resolve the problem, let me know. I went from being a fan to an eager spreader of bad mouthing this brand over this. You've lost a good customer over miserably incompetent local bad management. I'm glad I don't own any investment in your company. It can be fixed. Fix it and then we will see. Until then, I'd rather stay in a 5 Star hotel than loose a whole work day and $450 wasted at an impound lot. There were 13 other customers cars towed that rainy night and there was plenty of parking with warning provided in fine print and on the wrong side of the entry to the lot. I have several large functions coming up that would have been ideal to house guests in Extended Stays in other places, but I will not list the brand as an option. Class reunions in fall and important rivalry sporting events in NCAA basketball and football. I won't risk my reputation having my contacts experience what I experienced. Stupid, petty thing. And management wouldn't lift a finger except to point at the tow company they hired and paid to ruin my trip. Pathetic.Food & drinks: Close to restaurants and events at Maverick Center

We reserved a 2 bed room. When we got there we were told they only had a 1 bed room but could put a roll a way bed in the room for us and the next day we could have a 2 bed room. Never happened. The roll a way bed had only a spring mattress n was very uncomfortable. Was told they would put another mattress on the roll a way bed. Didn't do either. When we got to the room 2nd nite had to go up n request again for another mattress. Finally got one. This hotel does not honor 3rd party bookings. That's what they told us. N breakfast is muffins, coffee n fruit, if you are lucky there is any. Wouldn't stay here ever.

It's an alright place. We forgot a bag in our room. Called back within an hour and a half. The bag was gone. At least, that is what the front desk said. If the staff has no integrity, it speaks volumes of the company.

Extended Stay America is usually a brand we trust. This visit was due to needing a stay over for multiple doctor visits. There is a contract through cancer treatment and Medicaid which offers discounted rooms and we chose this location because of the cost. This hotel is very close to an events center and appears to house many I individuals who are either independent workers or are working on a project close by because many came in the evening in work trucks. The receptionist appeared to be agitated over how the front door was opened since it is very loose and slams open when you push it. She and another ridiculed my husband for his force but he really didn't do that and we heard others later pushing the door open the same way. We were on the first floor. Using an ADA room due to my disability. This room was very large and did have bars in the bathroom but has a tub so I was unable to wash up. There was a sofa and two lounge chairs which didn't work very well with the taller dining table. I brought a roller walker with a seat and was thankful because the seats were all too low for ADA use. Free breakfast consisted of coffee, a muffin, granola bar, and oatmeal packets. Air conditioning in the room was great. Overall, we didn't feel totally safe here and will probably spend the extra money getting closer to the hospital next time.

The hotel is very rundown, Elevator is crickety and noisy, The luggage carts had flat tires and could not be pushed around with only one person. You can't get in any of the outside doors only the front door. There were 2 women standing outside asking for money, the way they looked they were on drugs. they were also staying at the hotel. We checked in and the front desk person was not very nice, she walked us up to the room and opened the door; the room smelled and when I asked if it was a smoking room she informed that if WE smoke in the room there is a fine, I told her the room smells like smoke she said that she can bring up Febreze to help she also stated that they were booked and there where no other rooms,. we bought our own. I told her I booked a queen bed and paid more for it and she said this is the room we get. We had a pull behind enclosed trailer we were needing to park there on Sunday and she was very iffy about leaving it there with it not hooked up to our vehicle. We choose not to leave it after seeing the rest of the property. We will never stay there again.
