I made a payment on the app. My bank account said it was pending, and then it disappeared. They charge me a late fee, and the guy wouldn’t believe me, even though when I came into the store and tried to pay twice their pin pad, wouldn’t take my card until manually entered it into the computer. I know that guy could take my late fee off So I’m moving out and I would suggest you don’t move in on top of their overpriced storage space

Giving a tenant a 10 day notice that they will be unable to access the unit for several weeks is just not enough notice. I had to fly from Minnesota to get my Truck out before as I had a trip planned during the construction. 30 days minimum should be given. They never tried to help me out, relocate or accommodate me. I have found a better location and price.

They did construction which caused flooding and dust to collect over everything. There are cheaper and cleaner places elsewhere.

Eddy the manager was very threatening from the start. I'm not even a customer who rents but I bid on units. He called badgering and threating me daily to come in and pay when I had 48hrs to do so and did. Very condescending and grandiose with his words and demeanor, confrontational and fight provoking. Wild to have such an attitude with rat and mouse poop all over everything in both units I bought through auction from him. Urine everywhere and who knows what else. Disgusting, the other locations have nice managers, very accommodating and pleasant. Avoid this location at all costs. I spoke with other tenants and they said their units have mice droppings, urine and yes I forgot about cockroaches in swarms scurrying away when lifting rat and mouse poop covered objects. He only posted pictures of the units to hide the actual embarrassment of a unit it was. Never will I use this location, I warn anyone thinking about this location to stay away. For someone in the customer service industry, he had none, and should be in another industry like a corrections officer. Good luck!
