I walked into the store not knowing what I was doing. Joshua, who usually works at another location helped me by his thorough explanation of the piece I was looking at selling. He is very knowledgeable about what I presented to him. Joshua was very professional and courteous. EZPAWN is lucky to have him as part of their team!! The employees don't get recognized enough for what they do and the service they provide the community!
