My overnighted package was suppose to come between 6:30 am and 10:30am then said by 12pm . Finally after getting up early and waiting it said at 12pm by end of day. The tracking is not up to date and they come way past the time. I had to try to be home all day to wait for the package because I had to sign for it. And can’t call customer service because we can never get anyone. The automated system won’t let you speak to anyone

I Tried calling to speak to a representative and the robot would not transfer me to a representative. Get a number where it transfers you directly to someone without dealing with the hassle.

garbage customer service. Doesn’t answer the phone, only gatekeeps with AI. no way of knowing whether or not the business is open or closed.

Lisa is awesome - I arrived 5min before they closed with a very complicated problem and she stayed and kept on finding ways to support and ended up fixing a very difficult issue that I had opened for 1 months. I appreciate you Lisa.

You have to love the efficiency of FedEx. Gets across the country in three days then spends four days 50 miles from where it is supposed to be delivered.

Horrible Service, Lost Package, and No Accountability
FedEx has been nothing but a nightmare with my recent delivery. My package was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, but they missed it. Monday came, and again, no delivery. Tuesday, same story. I rearranged my schedule and even missed an important job interview waiting for this package, only for it to be delivered to the wrong address or potentially stolen by the driver. Someone else signed for it, and FedEx refuses to assist me in recovering the $660 package I desperately need.
When you try to call customer service, your calls are routed to representatives in the Philippines or India who barely understand English. They claim they will help, but nothing ever gets resolved, and no one calls back. It’s been days, and I’ve had to resort to filing a dispute with my credit card just to get my money back.
This is not how a professional company should operate. FedEx has no sense of urgency, accountability, or care for their customers. If they can’t deliver packages properly, let alone provide adequate support, they shouldn’t be in this business. I will avoid FedEx at all costs moving forward.
