We went to this flower patch to get flowers for our daughter that had lost her twins. The customer service we received was beyond amazing and they created a beautiful bouquet of pink and blue flowers! We are eternally grateful for the employee that was there and made such a heartbreaking process just a little easier with her kindness and quickness of helping us achieve what we were looking for!

I received 3 arrangements from them on the same day. Some of the leafs were wilted and dead already. I was very disappointed for what my husband spent on them. However on the same day I received 3 dozen more from wvc flower delivery. They are my new go to florests. our daughter is getting married soon, I'm now convinced who I should use!!!!

Ordered a boutonniere for my daughter's homecoming and was SO excited that they had an option for a magnet! I made a really big deal about it when it ordered it. I pick it up today and there is no magnet, just the pins (my nemesis!). I don't get an apology, just them showing me that the order sheet the girl did didn't have the magnet on it. I told them how hard it was for me last year to pin the boutonniere on, and I was told I could always Google it. She said next year they will be sure to get my order right, but I would NEVER go to a place again that can't even take a simple order for one item correctly.

Twice this year I've ordered an arrangement for my wife, on both occasions the flowers arrived on time, but seemed old or they had been frozen, and within three or four days had died and wilted completely. These weren't inexpensive arrangements and my wife was extremely disappointed. They used to last a week or more. Guess it's time to find a new florist.

Loved how easy it was to order! Flowers were beautiful and fresh, yet inexpensive.The delivery fees are $9, so add that to your price comparisons. They have a $10 option of daisy's, and a $19.99 option for the designers pick.Perfect for if you are in a hurry. Fast delivery was great. I got mine for someone who had suffered a loss, I ordered at almost midnight, and they were delivered at 8am the next morning. Perfect.

I want to give a special Thank You to Lisa from the West Valley location on 5600 W. She went above and beyond to help me fulfill a last minute funeral arrangement. She asked me if I would trust her to make me something because she was still in training, and I said absolutely. Let me just tell you the arrangement turned out amazing! This location already closes early different than what shows on there website. I pulled up still before six and it would have taken me 2 minutes to grab something. The open sign was still on but they had already locked the doors. It wasn’t even six yet and the employee just stared at me. Horrible. Nobody wants to work anymore
