Went into store and not only did the guy at the store ignore that I was there he was super rude to a customer there trying to purchase a detox formula. He refused to let the guy purchase it and had horrible customer service. To top it off the guy never even ask me if I needed help and did he care or apologize for his outburst at the other customer. I'll be getting all my supplements else were from now on. Seriously dissapointed in how awful this entire encounter was. Shame on you GNC for letting someone like this work at your store.

So I find this very funny. I need to exchange something, therefore I went to this specific location to do so. I pick an item to exchange that was 5 dollars cheaper. The sales rep gladly agrees to do the exchange, obviously because I am still within the 30 day period. I’m assuming that I’m getting around 5 dollars back which is the difference. Instead he says he can’t give me money back because they don’t have the item that I am returning in store. That sentence doesn’t even make sense. Why does an item being in your store have to do with anything???? You’re a GNC. If that’s the case then why are you doing the exchange for me in the first place? Did you not want to give me my five dollars back because you don’t want to be negative in sales for the day? This was a very awkward and weird situation to be in. I’m not asking you to go find gold. I just wanted to do a simple exchange and get my difference back. Instead he makes me go around the store to find something. Keep in mind as he’s saying this I am seeing the same exact item on the shelf. WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS. Just tell your employees to stop doing this. It’s saves the trouble and awkwardness, especially when people already have a negative view on your store...
