Dr. James Robbins & team are the worst! Never recommend! I went in for iron deficiency and being anemic - went in 2/28/24 and didn’t receive any info or help until 3/20/24 when I called in! The assistant gave me the WRONG phone number to call for my iron infusions, it was for an infectious disease center - then when I called customer service to tell them about it they said I NEEDED to call another center to ask if they did infusions so they could send a referral. I’ve never had to do that before at the others doctors office I had in West Jordan.Lazy and unprofessional is what I describe this doctor and his team - he took maybe 5 min examining me be asking about my health when it was my first appt with him. Then to top it off no follow ups on my iron infusions when I told him it was the main reason I went and needed because of my history of anemia.Granger doesn’t even deserve 1 star, they deserve -100

Dr. James Grua is the best! He is personable & experienced. As my endocrinologist, he knows exactly the amount of medication needed to keep my energy up. I come all the way from Wyoming, because he is that good.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Peterson. He was very good at communicating with me about my medicines and procedures I need to have done.

These guys are a bad joke!I made an appointment, told them specifically what I needed the appointment for, booked and locked in, 2 weeks out. Day of appointment, they call to tell me they won't see me for what I needed. You wasted my time, when it takes weeks to get in anywhere! No offer to schedule with a different provider within the Granger Medical group that absolutely could help me, just an awful attitude from the lady who basically told me to figure it out myself. If you want bad patient support stick with Granger medical, otherwise, look elsewhere.Nice building though, one start for that alone.

Took my parents to their primary care and their prescription was sent to the pharmacy wrong...twice. Trying to get the prescription was not an easy task. Very unprofessional.

i went in like 17 minutes late when apparently the cutoff for missing an appointment is 15 minutes so not only was there a 40 DOLLAR LATE FEE but i was forced to reschedule it for a MONTH later which was a pain, and when i arrived we sat in the practitioners room for just under 50 MINUTES FOR HIM TO BE AVAILABLE.i joked about how we should get a check for being forced to wait nearly an hour for what was only a 10 minute appointment but obviously that isn’t the caseof course everyone that works there is super great, the receptionists were kind and straightforward and i love my doctor it’s just a REALLY dumb policy that makes us pay out the nose for something we generally don’t have control overconsidering everything in a hospital is already super expensive, this is overkill topped with irony.

I had to give them a single star to be able to post. They do not deserve that one star. I have not seen a physician yet. I have a referral for a specialist. My initial call (Monday) to make an appointment sent me straight to a hold with music. I was on hold for 10-15 minutes. The call ended with them asking for my name and phone number promising a call back within 24 hours. Come Thursday having not received that promised call back, I called again, which ended in the same promise for a call back.I went online and sent a message to the contact us link calling them out for their lack of concern for the potential patients. That elicited a phone call from the specialist's office late in the day on Friday. I called back today (Monday) only to be told that it could be 48 hours before I hear from them.I need this test in preparation for a follow-up with my surgeon. I have contacted my surgeon asking if there is another choice for this specialist as at this point, I have lost any initial trust I might have had for them.If I was you, I would look for another place for your health care needs.W. After so many surgeries and hospital stays followed by skilled nursing facilities it was great to get a primary doctor so quickly.

I had an appointment and it was fast, I just wait less than 10 minutes. Doctor listened to what I had to say and sent me to do some blood work. In less than an hour I was out there. Thanks for everything
