I've been a loyal harbor freight customer for 30 or 40 years now and I bought a generator last week. Took it. Camping didn't work. There is a problem with it. I went and bought a Honda and took this back today a week later and they charged me $120 restocking fee now. I think that is ridiculous. I only had it for a week. It was a bad generator. Not my fault and if that's how harbor freight has to make their money then I don't need to shop there anymore. So buyer beware with harbor freights, Chinese garbage and they're bad policies. That's a real poor business. When you've got to take money from a person that works hard for their money and that's how they make their money

Well I do need to be contacted upper management we need to have a talk about your associate Dixie. She I rude and condescending. Very unprofessional. As I am putting my things on the counter to get checked out I also informed Bart that I needed to do a return and it was under warranty. Dixie buts in and says do you have a receipt I said the lady with the pretty eyes looked it up for me . . She proceeded to start to do the exchange could not log in for a good 10 minutes. As she got more frustrated that she she could not log in her child like tantrum was in full bloom. Once she finally got in . She tells me that I can't return this item their. Because the system is not letting her . Well I asked her to call the pretty eyeed lady to the front and she snaps back at me by telling me that she is going to tell me the same thing. ... She called her she comes to the front. I tell her what's going on and she apologized I said well can you look just to check. Because she couldn't log in . And that's when she said in a loud voice. " I AM DONE" AND SAID IT 2 TIMES AND STOPPED AWAY LIKE A CHILD THROWING A TANTRUM. The maturity level in this child woman that works for you is in credible. She needs to be retrained. Or find a job that she does not have to work with customer's.

If I could give zero, I would. Y’all do not deserve stars. My sister and I went to this location to ask a few questions about the tools we would need to fix our car. I had a picture of the item, and the first guy we asked didn’t even bother turning to us to look at what we were asking about. He responded by telling us to go to someone else, and continued to stock his items. After asking the second worker, he flatly responded with “no.” So we asked if he knew the name, and he said “No. We don’t have that.” That wasn’t even the question. He had zero interest in helping us. Right after, a gentleman came in asking for help, and his whole demeanor changed. He smiled and said “Of course, what do you need, sir?” And walked away. I don’t know if the treatment was because we were women, of color, or what the issue was, but how disappointing to be so belittled by people who are paid to help ALL customers.
