This review ONLY pertains to the Draper location. Draper staff were amazing. Other SLC locations have DROPPED the ball. If it weren't for the Hertz staff in Draper I would never use Hertz again

Mysterious $14.65 charge appears on my credit card after returning the car. I have no idea what it was for.

I don't recall what his name was, but the gentleman with the accent was super nice and very professional. The rental car was fine, and there were no sneaky fees. Just the small charge for the chipped windshield. I would go to them again, although they are not open weekends.

The location is in an obscure location and run down/dirty. I thought "Hertz" had a standard!? They do not have a drop box! It was very inconvenient! I had to have someone else drop the car off to catch a flight! This place needs some attention! The car was dirty. Ludouico, the employee working was cordial!

I made a pre-paid reservation over Christmas weekend. He did have my vehicle, but that was the only positive part of the experience; the driver never showed up to pick me up so after 90 minutes I had to pay for a Lyft and got written up for being late back to work. While travelling the vehicle clearly had transmission issues and ran out of window washer fluid, which left me with a muddy windshield in the middle of Nevada. The manager was apologetic but didn't do much to rectify the experience. Not using this location again.
