Came to get gas with my friend and her hungry tired 3 toddlers got the kids a slushy and $25 dollars on pump 5. I paid with my prepaid netspend card all the money I had till payday. After several tries to get pump to work i started walking back in store the cashier that helped me said I had to cancel your purchase. I said ok so tell me when I can pump the gas he said the money was refunded and put on my card I looked at my account and there was no refund I showed the cashier Jason my account and Reyleen spoke up and said it could take up to 7 days for it to reach my account. When I said I have no gas crying hunger tired babies in a hot car and I'm broke till Friday. He said there was nothing he could do when I asked to speak to the manager I was shocked to find out it was Reyleen who was right there the whole time and rolled her eyes at me and walked to the back I asked for the receipt of proof the transaction was indeed cancelled she speaks from the back sitting on a chair and says we don't have a receipt get it from your bank. At this time I'm livid I ask for corporate number and Jason says we don't have to give it too you and get the f.... Out of the store leave now he says. At that moment a employee was just arriving for his shift and when I asked him he went to the back and brang me the number which was closed when I called. Jason was rude disrespectful and clearly untrained. Reyleen who apparently was the manager has no customer service skills was ignorant and completely unprofessional. I have no proof the transaction was indeed cancelled. They refused to give me one .

I swear that customer service has gone downhill, but Robert at store 45 takes poor customer service to another level! Every time I visit this location, he is always on his phone, angry that customers are there, or making out with what I can only presume is his girlfriend, who incidentally leaves tacky hickey marks. Exactly what is he being paid for? Step up your game, customers are paying your wages.

Store #65 goes above service, I have had propane filled, fast friendly service, always clean, but my biggest comment is, the snow removal. I drive by other establishment that have not made the effort. Your customers do notice. This store is second to none

Went into the Sandy location on 9000 S and State last night and was informed my the not so friendly cashier that due to a system update a few days ago the company no longer allows you to use the rewards system after 10pm. With the cost of everything these days we’re all trying to save money wherever we can and obviously Holiday isn’t the place anymore. Chose not to get gas there last night because of it and decided I’d get my other stuff but because you can’t use the rewards anymore after a certain time I couldn’t get the deals on the other stuff I was getting either. Great way to screw your customers Holiday. Looks like I’ll find somewhere else now where people actually value their customers.

The store at 2700 W. 4700 So. is the most irresponsible group of people ever. This store has been watering every day for the last 3 weeks. Have called the store several times but no one there seems to care. Would never go to this store ever. Would give them a minus 5 stars if that option was available.

Normally receive an $.08 discount at the pump when using a Chevron gas card at Holiday Oil. Today no discount at the pump or inside at the counter. Disappointed when purchasing 60-80 gallons per fill up and not see the discount.

Douglas at the holiday oil on 3200 west and 3500 south in West Valley City (Sinclair station). Was observed yelling at a customer today and using language that should be used in a place of business. Especially to a customer. This happened at 1 pm on 10/27/20, the girl working with him was laughing at this behavior. Here is a picture of Douglas.

I would like to encourage Holiday stores to ensure protection such as installing sneeze guards at the registers. Employees are exposed to potentially hundreds of people everyday. With so many customers in the store at once I wonder what safety measures are really being practiced. I know there are social distancing practices in place but that doesn't seem to remain helpful at the register when there is two feet or so between employees and customers. I know how busy the store gets. Customers come and go without limit. Encourage people to pay at the pump. If an employee has time to sanitize regularly then great, but with all the responsibility, what if they don't? Fountain drinks are not essential. Maybe there's a better way to do your part in protecting not just the valued customer but the very much valued EMPLOYEE as well.

Hello trying find out how to contact the corporate office. No contact info available on the website. Trying to make sure an employee complaint is submitted though the proper channels. It's for my local Holiday in West Jordan 6995 1300 W. Sorry I don't have the store number. Her name is Pauline. It's nothing awful. She's just not meeting Holiday's amazing standards of customer service with a smile. Not friendly, no please, no thank you's. Didn't ask me if I had a club card, didn't ask me if I wanted my receipt she just threw it away. Just seemed very unlike every other experience I have with Holiday's amazing staff. Definitely worth notifying someone so she can work to improve her interactions with the public. Being friendly and polite is must in the customer service field, and she was definitely lacking. Thanks for taking the time to read. Still love you guys!

Tristin- the girl on duty was extremely rude. I understand the store closes at 7:00 on Christmas Eve. They closed the store long before 7:00. I only shop at holiday oil for gas and any other quick gas station needs. After the attitude and flat disrespect that the employees showed at store #24. I may use a different gas station period. In 20+ years I’ve shopped at Holiday I’ve never been treated this way. While speaking with Tristin she would not give me names of who I needed to talk to then Hung up.

Have been a loyal customer for more than 10 yrs, stopped in every morning on my way to work, but because of your employee Shannon in your Tooele location and her rudeness and poor attitude that shows she'd rather be somewhere else, Maverick has won my business. You value rude employees over loyal customers, farewell.
