Very frustrating when you come in to the store looking for a specific item and stock says there's 30. After 30 mins, 2 departments and 4 associates later no one could assist me in locating this. All I was met with was with I don't know where they're at. Duh clearly! Not one of these associates could be bothered to go that extra mile. I think from now on I'd rather go out my way and shop at the West Jordan at least they're more helpful. I should have went there instead

Returns staff aren’t very helpful in clarifying questions. And I think ever since they’ve switched to their new system it’s only gotten worst. Lowe’s is only 2 minutes further of a drive for me, so I’ll be going there instead

Ever since I bought my house, I've been in Home Depot constantly for my home projects. They pretty much have everything that I need. The team members in the paint section are the most helpful.

Renter a Penske. Check the miles! I drove 4 miles they checked me in showing 50. Penske made good but check the miles! Home Depot employees were frustrated and made me feel like I was trying to get away with free miles. I would never not pay for something I use and I would never pay for something I don't use!

Multiple issues why I regret spent almost 10k at this location or homedepot in general. 1. The delivery guys delivered our appliances and refused to installed dishwasher because they couldn't figured out how to turned off the main line and they destroyed our wall and outlets. 2. Their associate an a****** and rude accused me for prepaid my soil bag and yelled at his worker for helping me out. I guess your not supposed to prepaid then Walk to the garden and pick up your soil bag. The same guy who got mad at me( prior experience)and tore down the signed when I asked him if he willing to take the online deal over his store deal but he told me he can't do it so I told him that's not right for the customers then he took down the sign and walk away. I even talk to the store manager and he basically told me he is a nice guy so he basically told me I'm a liar. 3. Their painter gave us a gray primer instead of white he trying to argue until I brought back the bucket. 4. Their carpet installer left mess in my basement and not finished cutting off the access for my sliding doors so I can open freely but instead he took the doors off and never put it back. 5. Their Chargriller bbq grill not only was alot more than Lowe's but didn't come with the platform in the bottom for the propane to put it on because the hose too short to reach the tank down the ground but the same brand at Lowe's that has the platform with it and it was a lot cheaper. I spent almost 400 dollars at home depot but Lowes is selling it for 279 dollars right now. Now my biggest regret with home depot was to get their contractor referral that was absolutely a disaster who did our driveway which in addition from spending close to 10k at the store but we spent 7,500 dollars to hired this idiots and now we are in the court war with this guys. What's even upsetting is the fact we contacted their Pro Referral and Homedepot but NO SUCCESS. I will continue to add more if I remember other issues because we continue to have issues with this store. I've been a customer for homedepot with my dad since i was a little boy and now I'm in my 30s and I'm shopping at Lowe's for last couple months and I'm happy with it and their closer.

While the customer service agents that work behind the desks are nice and know what they're talking about, I have had two bad experiences while trying to get work done on my kitchen.

8/25- Nobody was in the appliance section to help us, so after waiting for 15 minutes and searching the store for another 15 we finally found someone to help us initiate our order. They sped through the questions on the installation of the products and let us pick our delivery date- 9/8 9/6- We get a rude call, not from Home Depot but from Maytag/Whirlpool where the person says that the fridge couldn't be delivered because Home Depot ordered too many, then set the date to 9/17 for delivery and tried to kick us off of the phone without answering any further questions. We called HomeDepot.com to ask what was going on. Ernest said he was surprised that Home Depot didn't reach out to us in regards to this problem but that the manufacturer did. We discussed a compensation and he said he'll apply $100 to our Home Depot card as a credit, to this day 9/23 the credit still doesn't show. Ernest also says that he'll call the store and ask about a loan fridge situation and that we'd get a call back later that evening. We did not receive a call later that evening so we had to reach out to the store, got someone named Millie who kept fighting us on how the entire incident was not Home Depot's fault (it was) and that they weren't responsible for providing a loaner to replace our fridge while it was on back order. She said she'll look into it. We called back again about an hour later and she said that the fridge was ready for pick-up anytime after 7 that same night... and that we'd need to pick it up ourselves. This was outrageous, it looks like she didn't take proper notes, we needed the replacement on 9/8 not on the same day, we also needed it delivered to because we have stairs and refrigerators are heavy. Store associate went on about how easy it was to just show up with a truck and how her husband was able to help her move her fridge. This we escalated again to Wes/Chris to have this issue corrected. 9/8- We didn't hear anything all day about our delivery so we called the store. They said a loaner fridge was on its way... when asked about our other items NOT on back order (and from different manufacturers) we were told that those were going to be delayed until 9/17 too, apparently Home Depot will still group delivery of all items if even one product is on back order. We spoke to Wes to correct this, the washer, dryer, and loaner fridge were set to be delivered later that day. Deliver people arrived, one of them named Jose dinged our wall with the loaner fridge, a photo was taken for compensation, he was unprofessional and reckless in how he was moving the items over our laminate flooring. Instead of lifting the items he wanted to slide them across and kept TRYING to scratch out floor with the washer to "test" and make sure that doing so wouldn't scratch our floor in the first place. No damage came of this but it was a very poor and inconsiderate manner of testing whether or not our floor would scratch. 9/13- We learned that neither of us will be home on 9/17 so we called in to reschedule for 9/19 instead. The service associate at the store picked up the home, asked us for what we needed very rudely and then put us on hold for 12 minutes. We called back in and immediately got the same person. We quickly explained the situation and that we needed to speak to Wes immediately, the service person said to "hold on" with a nasty tone and tried combing through our file, when trying to explain the situation he interrupted us and said "It all sounds French to me, let me look over these notes". When the associate couldn't figure it out he eventually transferred us to Wes to see if we could reschedule. Wes looked into rescheduling for the 13th, he apologized about the trouble and said we were all set. 9/12- We get an automated call/email reminding us of our delivery on the 13th stating that 11-3 is the delivery window. 9/13- We hear nothing all day and around 12-1 we get co

Dear Home Depot - I am very disappointed with you and have shared my story with several friends and family members. On July 4th my two sons purchased mulch at the Home Depot located in West Valley City #4406. One of them paid while the other pulled the truck up so they could load the bags. One of your employees approached the truck and asked for a receipt. When my boys asked for his ID he said that he was an employee and he didn't have to show them. Your employee verified

Unnecessary profiling....they don't help load your truck but they have no problem trying to jump in it to compare the # of items to your receipt. Tried to get a hold of a manager & got transferred to “no voicemail†hope to get hold of corporate soon!

I get that they are busy, but they are in the customer service business. Going. To pick up a Penske truck (not our fault that they decided to work as a truck rental dealer) and no sign of the truck. We don't do this on a regular basis, we don't know the routine. We ask about the truck and the guy looks at us like we are idiots and asks if we see the truck outside. With out further explanation we're told call Penske and moved onto the next customer. All taken care of in the end, but customer services ce doesn't exist there. Be prepared.

Bought a dishwasher from Home Depot online. Ordered it on a Saturday and scheduled delivery, install and haul away of old appliance for the following Friday. Friday rolls around and the delivery men show up with our dishwasher. They came in and looked at the kitchen set up for all of 10 seconds and said well we can't install this, you need a plumber. Wait, what? I scheduled and paid for a dishwasher to be delivered installed and old one hauled away. I have already been charged for said services and taken the day off work for this to all occur. So they call the plumber and the plumber is a week out; however, once they hung up with the plumber, they started moving the new dishwasher Into the center of my kitchen. Wait, what?! Plumber is a week out and you're wanting to leave my new dishwasher in the center of my kitchen... for a week? WTH? Told them to Leave it in the garage. They said, well we normally leave it in the kitchen. Why leave it in my kitchen when the plumber is a week out?! I was finally able to talk them in to leaving it in my garage. My question is this: why offer an install service that you can't provide on the same day as delivery? This means I have to take TWO days off of work when it should've only been one!
