Love the staff, all of them! You don't have to wait forever to get an appointment & you don't wait forever to be seen when you are at your appointment. I found them after being treated poorly by a previous doctor & I'll never leave. I just wish I had found them years ago!

AVOID ANDREW DECKER: I never leave reviews cause I believe everyone has their own experiences… but I have never had an interaction with a health care PROFESSIONAL that was so caustic and abusive. Do not go here for a medical cannabis card. I went in for what I thought would be a routine yearly renewal of my card, and was met with the most disgusting and inappropriate doctor, whose attitude would be out of place even at a dollar general. As a patient that has found relief from my symptoms with medical cannabis, I will never go back to this clinic, and will actively promote other clinics for cannabis patients.

Very friendly staff, but unfortunately the wait was a bit long. May have been to see my doctor, because others who came after proceeded ahead of me. But overall good experience.

I was having a hard time finding a doctor who could see me asap I was running into problems with the appointment being months out. I called Hunter and they got me in the next day. I’ve been a patient here since Aug 2023 and I truthfully won’t go anywhere else. The staff is kind, they are willing to make accommodations if needed and Dr. Decker is very knowledgeable, understanding, and makes me feel very comfortable. I will continue coming here. It’s a great place. I would for sure recommend Hunter Medical Center.

This clinic never refills my prescriptions!I have to call multiple times a day for weeks at a time just to get a birth control prescription refilled. And I have to do this EVERY single time I need a refill. I've tried switching pharmacies, setting up automatic refills, but nothing works and I'm left without birth control for weeks at a time. Both pharmacies I go to said they don't get a response when they send in a refill request and when I call them, they apologize for the inconvenience and say they are sending the refill as I'm on the phone with them. At this point, I assume they're straight up lying to me because I always have to call back, over and over again because they never actually sent it.If this clinic can't be responsible for something as basic as birth control, I don't know how anyone can trust them with anything else.

I see both ends of this practice I am a pt. of Elyse Lake she has always been amazing with me. I also do scheduling through a hospital as a MA and see what the deal with on the other side of the medical scene. I appreciate that she always tries to do her best. I do hope that the new staff catches on fast only lately has it been a little confusing to deal with them on both sides of the fence. Unfortunately for me after going to her for years for breathing problems I learned that I have a Lung Nodule and she could have caught this earlier with Just a High Resolution CT scan, as well as a high High Asthma allergic reactions to my own body. I will be going to another Dr. Just to be safe.

We have been going to Hunter Medical for almost 50 years. They are amazing!! We love Jackie!! She is the BEST. She is so thorough & so caring.

These people are a joke. They have no sense of urgency when a patient is left in pain. I was told multiple times they would call me back and i just keep getting strung along while i wait in constant pain. Do not come here if you expect quality service. I have had issues with them in the past so i stopped coming. I decided to give them another shot and it was a tremendous let down.
