Would give 0 stars if possible ....online ordered shock/struts kit , ad stated "IN STOCK........ SHIPS WITHIN 3 DAYS" , couple days later get random email from TGonzalez , ohhhh now your part is backordered , 3-8 weeks for delivery now ..... 9 weeks later no parts , been Zero communication , no volunteered updates , ive asked for updates n got nothing .

Called today, and this is how the conversation with Shawn went down:
Me: Looking for a leveling kit quote for my 2023 Titan P4X.
Shawn: Yes, we have a 2 inch rear and 3 inch front.
Me: What about only a 2 inch front that Z1 Off-Road offers?
Shawn: The only one we have "access" to is this one I just told you about.
Me: **Shocked for a moment** You guys can't use Z1?
Shawn: The only item we have access to is RC.
Me: Ok, I will let you know.
How it could have went down:
Shawn: We can also mount Z1's levelling kit, and we would charge you labor only. How does this sound?
Me: Perfect! I will schedule it right now.
Why bother with a company that acts like this.

Unfortunately, they list products without stating anywhere that they're on backorder. Frustrating to place an order, have the money pulled from your account, thinking you'll be getting needed parts that week, only to find out they won't be shipping for 45+ days. How did I find out? By sending an email after not seeing a shipment notification several days after placing an order.
Please state backorders online and be proactive with communication.

i ordered a "Jack-it" lift for my CJ7. they pieced the kit together (as advertised online) which seemed to be all the right stuff. i had another shop install it (the shop is one of Jack-it's accounts). after install the rear had a sag to it. the shop and myself called to try and find a solution. to which neither of us were given a solution. and when i called, i was bounced between 2 different people. i also originally ordered a shackle reversal kit. instead they sold me a heavy-duty shackle kit and told me they do not offer a reversal kit. although on their website they have several options for a reversal kit. the final solution we came up with (not through Jack-It) was to do an add-a-leaf in the rear. the install shop ordered the leaf (from Jack-It) but instead of getting a true add-a-leaf, they sent a "short leaf". which had to be modified in order to complete the installation. maybe it would have all been different had the kit been installed with Jack-It. but thought i was safe by using a shop that orders from these guys all the time. i just feel like unless the work is done at Jack-It, they won't honor their kits and offer support.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chad Erickson at Jack-It, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his exceptional knowledge and outstanding customer service. He provided clear, insightful answers to all my questions, and guiding me through the process with ease. His ability to explain complex concepts in a straightforward manner was invaluable and made me feel confident in my decisions.
He went above and beyond to accommodate my repair schedule. Very proactive. Customer service like this almost doesn’t exist anymore these days, but with Chad, it does. Highly recommend him and Jack-It. Go see Chad!

Ordered lift shackles said in stock wasn’t in stock and now waiting 2 months after a week of waiting already 10/10 don’t recommend. Why would you out source parts say you have in stock but they are back ordered? After taking my money.

They lifted my 2005 4runner, estimate was correct, no issues so far, and it looks and drives great. The only reason I’m doing 4 instead of 5 stars is because I called them multiple times to get the parts and appointment set up, they gave me the estimate. But then when I showed up in person to drop it off they addressed they usually need to replace lower control arms in these cars and can’t align it without. If they told me on the phone I would have known ahead of time and been ready for the extra cost. I feel like they waited until I was in the shop to talk about this.
Side note/feedback: I would’ve loved the staff to educate me more on what they’re installing and what to expect after. I’m sure most customers just know what they’re doing but I’m new to this and wish I had more guidance when leaving after it was installed on what to expect, how to maintain the parts best and what my warranty covers.
