I’m very happy with the doctors and everyone who helped my girlfriend get the treatment she needed but I’m a little bit annoyed and I just wanted to share our feelings we went in because my girlfriend couldn’t breathe but when we finally got there the check in center was empty and we were trying to let someone know that she couldn’t breathe and they had us waiting a long time till someone helped the guy who helped at the check in took his time my girlfriend was looking at me like she was freaked out the guy at the front made us feel uncomfortable and even made us worry about just the location in general, but thankfully the doctor comfort us very well

My mom has literally almost died here before and they called her dramatic for it, they test you for something that’s not even related to the issue and send you home with medication. Literally just came here and was staring at her like she was dramatic about her back pain, she was literally crying and screaming that it hurt but still did nothing, left her in the room for hours then decided to come back and send her home because they were done keeping her here.

Horrible staff, had to wait 2 hours to get 1 single prescription for a patch A PATCH! My pain was so bad and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and went me home. Horrible patient care

If you have an emergency, DO NOT come here. Receptionist took 10 minutes to come to the window and then took another 30 minutes to type up my information. Doctor/Nurse Practitioner was very condescending and made me feel stupid. He would leave to go get something and would take an hour to come back every single time. The nurse was really nice, but the Nurse Practitioner was a douche. He would also leave my room door open every time so everyone in the hall walking by would look at me. St. Mark’s around the corner would be better and their E/D is 10 times smaller. It’s no wonder this place has changed names 3 times in less than a decade.

Too long of a wait. Even for urgent visits.

Worst e.r hospital ever been too you have fill out paperwork at the er when your barely functioning, nobody is never there at the front desk, no security at the front so you never feel safe. Its so dead at the hospital that your waiting for hours still dont get called back when you ask for assistance takes forever like going die here.

Most poor reviews are the reason mine is a good review. I’m glad that the guy with a sliver of glass in his hand had to wait a hr, and the lady having a anxious hypochondriac moment had to wait. Because I got in right away and this hospital saved my life. If this hospital was like the others in the area serving people on a first come basis, and picking the favorite cases to work on first. I’d probably have died. Notice that no one in the comment section with a 1 star review had a terminal condition. If you are having a actual emergency come to this hospital. You will get help the second you walk in. If you are being a baby you should come here too. You will have to wait and you will be treated when they are done performing heart surgery on the guy that came in with a heart attack and after they pull the bullets out of that guys chest. but the hospital needs the thousands of dollars you will owe regardless of your conditions. Now if you want fast urgent first in line top notch customer service for your minor condition there is another option to you besides leaving bad reviews.. call an ambulance. This hospital has dedicated rooms for people arriving via the emergency express. Thanks for reading. And remember the worst the reviews a place has, the more likely it is the best place to go to.

It’s like they don’t understand what an emergency is. They’ll test you for something and leave the room for 2 hours and come back, leave again for another 2 hours, come back, and they have no idea what’s wrong and tell you you’re good to go?? like??? they for real got kids working here while i feel like i’m dying. I arrived at 8pm feeling like hell and ended up leaving at 3 in the morning, with no good information and feeling more like hell.

Came here for food poisoning after 2 days of non stop vomiting and showing every sign of dehydration. The staff was nice at first. The doctor said he wanted a CT scan to test for potential appendicitis, okay whatever, I get the scan and go back to my room, wait 2 hours with zero communication when a nurse comes in and says I'm all good to go. I'm sitting there like excuse me? Was the CT scan clear or something? She's like oh yeah, you have a cyst, thats the cause of your vomiting, go see your gynecologist. I know for a fact it's the Sushi I had three days prior making me so violently ill, not a cyst. I call my gynecologist anyways, and get an appointment the next day. The best part is my gynecologist went over the radiology report with me and explained I actually didn't have a cyst! So now Im concerned these people don't know what they're doing or looking at! Plus I had an additional hefty bill I had to pay! Was anything done for the food poisoning I was suffering? Absolutely not. But this imaginary cyst was caught at least!

The staff never checked on us once unless I pushed the call button. Then they walked in like it was a major inconvenience. Didn't take my husband's temperature once with vital signs nor on initial intake. He was pale, shivering, tremoring and had fully body sweats. His skin was cold to the touch. When I finally told them to take his temp, because asking didn't work, they said he was 96 degrees but it was nothing to be concerned about. When I asked for a wheelchair because he couldn't walk, he was weak, they scoffed and told me, "what, he can't walk?" The PA didn't wear gloves when doing the IV nor taking it out. He didn't wear gloves when handling his pee sample. Never once did I see him wash his hands or use sanitizer. They forced us to mask up but none of them stayed masked. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING! The floors in the entire hospital were filthy. The room had trash in it on the floor from the previous patient. They left their supplies and used syringes of saline on a tray next to the bed. They didn't show us where the call button was, we had to find it. They treated us like an inconvenience the entire time. My husband's blood pressure was normal/a bit high throughout the er trip. But his heart rate stayed between 25 and 55 the entire time. I tried voicing my concerns, they shut me down and said he's a 27 year old man he can handle it, im not worried. I was genuinely afraid for him the entire time and felt like I couldn't fully voice my concerns in fear of them possibly treating him worse and potentially killing him. The WORST emergency service I've ever seen. I honestly don't know how this place isn't shut down. They need an audit and fast. All I can say is thank God he came out alive and is doing well now. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!!!!

Had the most UNBELIEVEABLY rude and unprofessional experience taking my boyfriend to the ER on 8/13 at 8:20 pm. I don't know who needs to hear this. I tried calling the 3 different complaint numbers I was given and was never called back. I'm sorry if you guys are burned out but not everyone that comes in is a crackhead looking to score but you people treated us like that. It's extremely scary to have to go to the ER for most people and to have your first experience be getting manhandled by nurse Galbraith and then treated like absolute garbage when trying to fill the rx he didn't sign. I was told by the nurse in er this morning who answered the phone that if I didn't like the treatment then to go elsewhere. Ummmm this isn't a shoe store, it's an EMERGENCY ROOM.

Literally, the worst emergency room I've been to. They take their sweet time doing EVERYTHING. They leave you in a room for hours and check in MAYBE once, you call the nurses station for info and they give you the "oh let me ask your nurse" and then 4 hours later still haven't checked in with you. Then they're extremely expensive on top of it.Don't come here, seriously. Go a little further and find a better ER.

Horrible staff. Was slated earlier in the week for a surgery. They told me the time and yet still sat in the waiting for nearly 3 hours before my surgery even started. Staff had no reason or care to find out what delays there were or how to overcome these issues. I was stuck five times by three different nurses trying to start an I V with no success. The staff and facilities here are very behind and quite frankly I had the worst experience I've had in any hospital and will NOT be returning for any future services.

Worst medical team I’ve ever imagined. I sat for over 90 minutes with glass in my hand and ended up leaving to go somewhere that would actually help. You would think that since it’s called an EMERGENCY room that they would be trained to deal with emergency situations properly, yet the staffs excuse for the pathetic service was that they had a pediatric emergency hours prior, these people do not know how to do their jobs. If you are looking for a medically trained team of professionals, I urge you to go anywhere but here. A well trained monkey would be more helpful.
