I was going to get shoes from here and as I was walking by these 3 girls were playing with a ball and knocking stuff over with it and I saw them hit the shelfs of the shoes like they were playing volleyball on each side of the place, it made me not wanna go in cause the ball almost hit me and my family as we were going to enter I get having fun but not when u could hit someone and cause some injury it was a very inappropriate time to play. Especially when they saw us and continued playing instead of stopping and greeting us like they used to do months ago. Btw this happened yesterday in the afternoon

Just shopped there on Sunday May 5th and the employees had some extremely inappropriate rap music playing. Nothing was edited and every other word was the F word. I guess the kids thought Snoop Dogg was ok for the general public.

Brooo I just bought 3 pairs of Dr.marten's.I asked the girl multiple times about one of the pairs she gave me if they were the right ones because the 1 shoe she showed me when I was paying looked a bit bigger than the one I showed her to get me. She reassured me and continued to bag my stuff, so I was like okay..I come home and open the box of the pair I kept asking about because I was gonna wear them and DUDE! THERE'S 2 DIFFERENT SHOES IN THE BOX AND DIFFERENT SIZES TOO . so now I know they don't be checking the shoes before they sell them. ?

I used to shop at this location without any issues. Now you go and the staff ignores you 100% even if you are the only person at the store. You don't get a Hello! How can I help you? Are you looking for something? Nope, that doesn't happen there. The manager is the first one to ignore you. I guess they are too busy doing nothing. You make eye contact with them and it's like you don't exist. You feel like you are bothering them. Everyone knows that the employees get commission based on the daily sales, but I really don't know how they are making sales when the staff is doing everything but attempting to sale. That day I ended up going to Famous Footwear. Unfortunately, this wasn't just an odd day, this has happened several times.At this point if you want to receive the help that you deserve don't bother to go to Journeys at the Valley Fair Mall. I rather drive to Journeys at the South Town mall and give them the commission when you spend more than $350 on Dr Martins and some other stuff since they are taking care of you.
