I don't even want to leave a 1 star review. DO NOT COME HERE!!! 2 years ago I bought a car here (wasn't the car I wanted but I needed one then so I settled and got the car I have). I will start by saying, in no way is this the salesmans fault.. but, for the next 2 years a certain salesman has helped me look and find the PERFECT car and the one I wanted. They finally had one arrive and he reached out to me about it. I told him I was not in town and I would do anything to get the car. He told me that I could put down a deposit, they would pull the keys so it could not be sold, and it would be there when I got back. I did that. Fast forward a week and the DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP MY CAR... I get a call that the car was sold and the salesmans MANAGER "messed up" and didn't pull the car. When I asked what they could do to help I pretty much got told that I was SOL and they could not have cared less. I sold my current car to make the deposit on my new one ( they couldnt accept mine as a trade in ) and now I have NO CAR. I called to speak to the manager and he has dodged me like his life depends on it. This place is a joke. They dont care about you they only care about their money. Now I have to find help to get my kids to school or pay to take a bus to get them there. AGAIN I am going to have to purchase a car that I don't want just so my family can get where they need to go. AGAIN...This place is a joke. Disrespectuful. Uncaring. Any negative thing I could say, I would. Who treats customers this way? Middle finger.I dont know why it says im in CA when I'm literally 5 minutes down the road from this location.

We had a fantastic experience here. Mo, our salesman was very informative and kind, and worked with us on our budget. Upon purchasing we worked with Steven for financing who did a spectacular job explaining every step of the way. Would recommend this dealership 100%

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and during that process they found an issue that was covered under my warranty. Thank goodness because my warranty was over in 1100 miles. I’m very grateful for their attention to detail.

Unfortunately I will never come back here to get my car serviced after I use my third advantage care visit. Their system with making appointments and having to wait at the expense of “other issues” that are found with cars before mine does not work. For my last two appointments I arrived thirty minutes early and my car was not even started until about 30 minutes after my appointment time. I understand that there are fewer techs working and problems that are found with peoples’ cars, but what is the purpose of making an appointment at a certain time just to be told that there aren’t enough techs to work on the car OR to be told that “more issues” were found with the cars in front of mine? Hopefully someone can explain this to me as the people here are so nice and cool but their appointment system doesn’t actually mean anything with respect to your time.

We first bought a 2013 Ford F150 Platinum at Ken Garff Ford in 2018. We purchased an extended warranty through Cornerstone to be serviced only by Ken Garff Dealerships. I only live about 5 minutes from this dealership and the other is about 45 minutes away. So during the 4 and a half years we owned this F150 the amount that the warranty paid out was over $22,000 in repairs. Ridiculous right, however the worst thing is that ALL SERVICE and REPAIRS were done at this West Valley Location. It was an exorbitant amount of work that had to be done to this truck and when we bought it it only had 50K miles on it. However every single time it went in for service it came out with LESS parts than it went in with. Like missing bolts off the timing cover. Or missing gaskets or old gaskets went back on with new parts. The dealership workers suck and blamed this on my husband who is actually a mechanic. He said oh that is interesting that you think it came in like that because you are the only people who have ever serviced it. In 4 and a half years of owning this truck it was in the shop needing to be repaired more than 15 month of this time. The miss parts, they dont keep deadlines and they treat customers like crap. Unfortunately, we purchased another car after 2 years from Ken Garff and I have to drive the extra 45 minutes to have this Mustang serviced because we absolutely refuse to take it to the West Valley Ken Garff. I miss when this dealership was Henry Day at least they cared about customers and the vehicle rather than just blame their poor work on the customer. DO Not go here, do not deal with them, do not trust them. In July this year we finally got rid of the F150 and traded it on a F350 and went through a TOTALLY different dealership because of the horrid experiences at the West Valley Ken Garff Ford Store. Brandon the service writter is a complete idiot and acts like the customer is a total pain in his ass. Almost every single time this truck was in for service the warranty company covered some but really it cost us apx $2,000 each time or more. The service manager (dont remember her name) is a total POS she basically refused to cover service on our mustang as well and tried to charge us for the diagnostic of a blown clutch after owning it for a month. For god sakes you dont have to diagnose a clutch all you need to do is try to put it in gear. Wow. Do not waste your time or money with this awful company. Ford should be ashamed of this dealership.

If you are looking to buy a truck, this is the best option in Utah! Amazing service from start to finish. The friendly staff is knowledgeable and fair with pricing. They all work together, and want to get you the best deal. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Austin May was so easy to work with, super cool and no pressure. He let me test drive as many cars as I wanted to and gave honest advice. I felt like he wanted to help me more than he wanted to sell me something. I would recommend him 100 times.

I have visited twice in the last couple of months. Got an electronic key replacement made and replaced a switch in the seat so my seat would move properly.Fantastic service from both the parts and service departments. Brandon was great to work with and guided me to the correct troubleshooting, saving me time, money and aggravation. I was able to get my issue fixed same day and even though they didn't have the parts on hand they were able to get them quickly. Excellent communication and fair pricing throughout the experience. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a car from there and they went above and beyond to make me happy. Every employee in every department was friendly and effective at their job. I admit I did get pretty fussy, but never once did they lose any professionalism and took all of my concerns very seriously. Thanks to Rudy in sales, Ron in service, the parts manager and Especially the receptionist. I would recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family.

Towing our travel trailer with kids and dogs through salt lake and the transmission kept overheating. Nightmare. After stopping at a service center further north, the service team said if it went away, don't worry. Well, it happened twice more. We found a spot in their busy lot and said a prayer. They helped us out BUG TIME and had the truck up within the hour. Not only did they find and fix the primary issue, they tended to another problem that required a new part, which they had. They checked all differentials and discovered that at the last service (last week), they were all over serviced. Back on the road in less than 2 hours. These guys were amazing competent and compassionate towards our situation. To the outstandingly capable crew. Thank you!!

Really frustrated with our experience here. My husband and I scheduled a test drive for an escape we were interested in early in the week because we were coming from about an hour away.We arrived early for our appointment on Saturday and waited for the salesman we were scheduled with. After about 15 minutes of waiting a walk-in came in and another salesman took them out to test drive the same car we were there for. Because they were helped before us they were able to buy the car before we were even able to test drive it.The salesman that finally did come to help us was very helpful and tried to make the best of a bad situation by showing us similar options, but none of them were what we were looking for.We wish that there was a better system here to ensure that appointments were kept, especially since we were there early and the walk-in arrived during the time that we should have been doing our test drive. If the car had been sold even an hour before we arrived it wouldn't have been as big of a deal for us but because we were there first and we had an appointment we are pretty frustrated with the situation.

Had the first oil change on my Shelby Mustang and from beginning to end it was an easy process. Online set up, quick check in and they kept me appraised of what was being done. I plan on having my future oil changes or repairs done at Ken Garff West Valley Ford

Got a good deal on a used truck. Austin was my salesman and everything went smooth. I had to come back for a couple of things after the deal but they were always quick to help me out. Only caveat is don’t trust the dealerships “100 point vehicle inspection” and just go get it looked at by a mechanic or yourself thoroughly if buying used. Overall a great dealership with good used car prices.
