This is the worst place to bring your semi trucks to get fixed. My truck broke down in September stayed five days for them to fix. Broke down again same place and it’s day 5 and these folks have tested and have not done one thing. They are incompetent and can not fix trucks but they will waste time and money doing nothing. This place needs to be reviewed by someone because this is ridiculous. They don’t care and it shows.

I have mixed feelings of this place. On one hand, parts dept is open until 1am so its nice being able to get bailed out when you break that one part or need something late in the day, as well as their parts so far have been cheaper than Peterbilt (which is what I have, luckil) for the exact same part. Thats a win. Second they offer a lot of other services Peterbilt does not, such as Alignments, truck wash and Safety/Emissions. So one place can handle everything. That brings me to the third point. Had a day available and was needing a DOT Inspection and Emissions test done. Most places I have used in the past need an appointment and its usually a day or two out. Called Kenworth, and yes, service answered the phone, guess I am one of the lucky ones according to other reviews. They said come on in the are first come first serve. Took three hours but that's okay, got me out of a bind. The issue, $437.00 for a safety and emissions test. First round was a hair under $500 with a line item of "Environmental Disposal Fee" $200.00. What the hell did they do that warranted that?!?!? Questioned the guy that was helping me and he looks at it and said, "hmm ya that's not right let me go talk to so and so". Comes back starts typing and says, "okay got that environmental fee off and another charge that isn't right that was $45.00. New total, $437"Guess you are paying $30 bucks for an Emissions test, and $190 for a truck inspection, and $190 for the trailer inspection. Oh, and since my iPad was in the truck so I was able to track it from the back lot where I parked it to when they worked on it. 30 mins worth of time they spent on it . So, short story long, they got me out of a bind as far as needing it done without an appointment elsewhere, but they bent me over and dry rammed it home for the convenience. Lesson learned, I will stick with Purcell and Tireworld where it was done previous years, $110 out the door with appointments and under an hour. Thanks for reading.

Shame on you Kenworth, ????????????????????? worst Kenworth dealer I’ve been toThey charged over $1100 FOR OIL CHANGE!!You should be ashamed!!! You are well aware of how trucking business is right now but all you want to do is to make money by cheating your clients who trusts you!! I hope a higher up reads these reviews and clarifies that now oil change costs around 1000$

My Dad and I went to buy a truck from here about a month ago and it has been great. He’s had no issues with the truck and it has been a real blessing. A special thanks to sales rep Bert Walters for making the process fast, simple, and being a great guy. We definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a truck.

was told to "come on in" from someone in the service department for an emissions, my truck is over 14k so it needs a heavy duty emissions. most places like jiffy lube and that cannot do this because they don't have the licensing. I took time off work. drove an hour to "come on in" to be told face to face "yeah sorry I don't know what to tell you" and that was it... honestly I'm embarrassed for you guys. in no way shape or form would I ever, being in a customer service position, tell someone that in that manner. glad I wasted my personal time, and fuel. to be treated like a second class citizen by your piss poor service department. you guy's should be ashamed...

TOP NOTCH SERVICE DEPARTMENT TEAM. DENNIS, BRANDI, BRANDON, AND DAMIAN ALL ARE GREAT. BOTH TIMES WE HAVE HAD A BREAKDOWN IN SALT LAKE THEY GOT US IN AND OUT IN 48HRS. THAT IS JUST DOWN RIGHT UNHEARD OF ANYMORE. THANK YOU FOR EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS AND PROVIDING GREAT SERVICE.

Need to learn to answer the phone. I don't have time to drive there to see if they have a part. I've tried calling them multiple times over the past year and they never have answered my calls. Just call the ogden one to see if they have the part. They'll always answer the phone and are actually nice to talk to.

I always have a great experience with the woman & guys at this kenworth. Everything they do is within a timely manner, great customer service. When talking to them, it's like talking to friends. I will always bring my kenworth here. Everybody keep up the great work

Don't be fooled by the 4.2 rating here on google. This KW group pays to have google scrub the negative reviews out. They are actually MUCH worse than that. If you plan on having your truck worked on here, plan on at least a week of down time. Even for a simple service. If its anything more than a service, you'll be here for weeks. The Service writers are a joke for the most part. The parts department is lazy and just says everything is on backorder even when its in stock. And the body shop is slower than molasses in winter going uphill. Absolutely the worst KW dealer I've been to in the 20 or so years I've been driving.

Special thanks to Brad McGee the body shop manager. Involved in a not at fault accident on 11/3 with a Canadian driver. It was an absolute nightmare. Next to myself Mr. McGee was the person who did the most work to get the various entities moving and get the claim settled,. I cannot say enough about the work he put in. And on top of that the truck was repaired and is beautiful.If I could give them a 100 stars I would. Highly recommend,
