Irma is Kohls trophy employee!!
She is due for employee of the month.
Irma can answer any question that my daughter and I have. Irma is so attentive; as if we were the only customers in the store. She has the best customer service !!!
Irma IS THE IDEAL employee and should be an example to all of your employees that you have working there.
I gave 4 of 5 stars due to the remainder of employees; they all need to work on customer relationships (except new trainees) ....especially the older gal with the black short hair. I really hope she's not management.
Keep up the amazing customer service Irma!!

Horrible shopping experience. While trying on clothes, an employee took my stuff I left outside the fitting rooms. I eventually got my stuff back, but it took a while to find the person responsible. I was treated very disrespectful.
