I came to open a new line with my brother . I was greeted just fine. When I told the lady employee that I had my own phone , she asked me three times where I got the phone . I told her I purchased it on Amazon . It was a Revvel 6x . While setting up the account she asked me what plan I wanted I told her the most affordable plan which was the lowest. She looked at me and said she can’t activate the phone. I told her alright thank you. I went to Walmart purchased a metro SIM card and activated the phone myself . She lied to me and made me feel like just because I was wasn’t spending hundreds she turned me away. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE!

The guy was SUPER helpful! Made the whole experience very pleasant. I went in freaking out about the payment and left completely knowing everything was fine.

It was an incredible experience I had many problems with my loading games I was frustrated but Brandon Sánchez was incredible he dedicated time and effort until he solved my problem I highly recommend this store if you have a problem contact Brandon he is the best in customer service

They are honest about their their sales and deals that they have going they will do everything they can to get you the cheapest and best and very knowledgeable and how to address them to make things happen I would recommend anyone going through MetroPCS to deal with them or looking for a new phone service to go to that location and get a phone through them they are great guys

I have been with metro for 4 years and they told me a can get a better rate so I switched to another plan that was supposed to be the same just a lower monthly price now I have no mobile hotspot and shoty internet. I then went into the store and they can't help with anything but get a new phone so I got one they said was wireless charging capability but It wasn't 350 for a phone that is the same thing I had. This company honestly has no loyalty to it's customers you are just another number. Switch at your own risk. Btw their tablets last about a month I've had 2 of them both quit working unable to update via internet or data cable
