Sellers need training for customer service , i call today trying to get a new plan but lady on phone make a nervous and start scree to me , if you dont like customer service get another job i need 4 new phones for today not just one , be smart next time

Yesterday I came in and needed to switch iPhones , it was a complicated transfer because my old phone was so messed up you couldn’t even access it however Hannia was so so patient through the process and made me feel safe and comfortable and not a bother at all , I really appreciate how she was very knowledgeable and just overall very kind, Alex was there also supporting Hannia and helped other customers while we all were trying to figure out ways around certain issues regarding the transfer. Thank you so much again for the service and respect given I appreciate this store and it makes me grateful to be a customer for Metro.
