The store manager is the most unhelpful and belittling person I’ve ever encountered. He was very dismissive & cocky. Refused to give me change for my bigger bills because my account wasn’t active. I tried explaining him the difficult situation I was in with my dad having a brain injury and how my dad shut down our business account prematurely, etc… Anyways. Worst experience at any Mountain America I’ve ever had.Also, It was a very busy night right before closing and I watched him yell & boss his employees around. Very sad & uncomfortable to watch. I felt bad for the employees.

This drive thru was the worst experience! So slow! Took 35 minutes to get through the drive thru with no one in front of me. Really the worst! They also did not ask for my code word which we have experienced at every other branch. Take the time to go to the branch on 4700 S the customer experience is way better there.

I had been getting charged a late fee for a subscription I had already canceled, Andrea was excellent in canceling the recurring charges and even returning me my money they had charged me previous months, as well as being patient and kind. Thank you Andrea!

The drive thru areas are suppose to be faster/more convenient options. The past month every time I’ve been to this location with one car infront of me I’m waiting 30 minutes….. then someone’s always behind you so you can’t back out and leave. One person working everytime with only two lanes open. I’m currently sitting here again with the same situation. I’ve been waiting 25 minutes now. This is the one branch that NEVER asks for my code word. What’s the point in having a code word set up if you’re not going to ask for it. It’s the closest one to me, but I guess I’ll have to start traveling further out.

They lie to your face then when you catch them in the lie and pretty much beg them for help cause you have no money and u need your check cashed or need it to be accessable they tell me they cant help me at all and ask me to leave,!!! Find a better bank guys one that will help u cause these people won't!!!!!

They never have parking space, the lines for the tellers are always to the entrance door.

Not the best customer service from teller 4387. I arrived to the drive thru waited and another car pulled up to the stall next to me and was helped first. Then after I deposited my money into my account I was given my receipt but the teller didn’t come back or even acknowledge me. Give better customer service!

I went in about a week ago for to deposit a check and ask about some alerts I’ve been getting that I suspected were scams but wanted to be sure. The line was long but quick, I was there in line for at most 10 mins even tho I was almost at the door to begin with. Great service and the teller helping me was very polite and explained everything clearly. She double checked my account and assured me nothing was wrong and those alerts are likely scams.
