Got a loan super quick with very friendly staff but they neglected to say they were going to charge an extra $50 a month for an additional plan we didn't discuss. Now I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. Absolutely disgusted with their tactics and phone system.*Update* After days of phone tag, finally got someone to help me via email. Filled out the forms/docusign and voila I thought it was fixed. Next month's statement - Nope. Still getting charged. The several people I've talked to who said this was resolved were really nice. All the staff have been really nice. But after weeks of charging their client(s) for services they don't want, I have to downgrade to one star.**Update** Problem was solved after a 2-3 months. Up to 4 stars.

Terrible bank, the truth is that the managers here are the living laziness, how is a client going to have more access than a worker to make a bill payment to their cards? I would like to understand that, how pathetic that their workers do not have access and more than It is one who has to do things, for that I only buy a safe and manage my money myself, do not come here if you want to solve a problem, since; If the little ones don't solve them, when will they have big problems?

Make somebody sit around for 20 minutes for a new card, can’t bother to tell them the card machine is jammed till I have to ask. Worst branch I’ve been to.

Daniella was wonderful. She went the extra mile with her customer service. Very attentive and friendly. Give this girl a raise. I may suggest turning down the background music, as it was hard to understand our conversation at times.

Trying to get helped here is like finding a needle in a Hay Stack. You might find it or you might not. Don’t bother ever calling here as you will always get answered by a machine that makes it almost impossible to talk to a representative. When you finally get a chance to get your call to a representative it’s someone at a call center not at the actual branch. What a complete nightmare since I opened my account here, Please avoid this place at all cost and save yourself a headache.

I recently had some problems with my account so I contacted support and I actually stumbled upon an amazing person named Shelly Walker. She overdelivered and actually did what I asked AND she proceeded to give me advice and offered more help for me since yk being young and not making the best decisions with your money was the problem. She did excellent, I really do believe that people like Shelly should always be positioned upward in the company especially for making the company look very good by her performance. It was an amazing experience and I rate it 11/10, but it ultimately wouldn’t have been rated so high if Shelly never chose to assist me. What An amazing person she is and an amazing company. Thank you.

Itzel was very friendly, had the answers to all my questions, got me in and out in no time, and was cute all the while. I would definitely recommend using this branch.
